The cake was easy to order and although it was a little late arriving, which is the reason for only 4 stars, it was luckily just in time for the celebration. Over past years I have ordered flowers or wine. This was the first cake and I have been told that it was very nice. I find this company easy to deal with and have always been very satisfied with the service for sending gifts from New Zealand to China.

If you mention sender's name to receiver in your delivery papers it could be much better.

Delivery of flowers much earlier than stated time

The flowers were sent much earlier than expected from the stated time (early morning instead of night). The recipient was out for work and not able to receive the flowers personally and the bouquet wilted when she returned. Caused a bit of embarrassment.
