The address originally provided specified only Jianqiao Subdistrict, an administrative area covering approximately 18 square kilometres, with no residential complex, building or street address. We needed to confirm the recipient’s exact location before arranging for a nearby florist to prepare and deliver the flowers. After receiving your feedback, we immediately checked with the florist and courier and confirmed that a single call was made to clarify the delivery address. We have also contacted you by email and WhatsApp to better understand what happened, but have not yet received a response. We aim to preserve the surprise while ensuring successful delivery, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to reply to our emails.
