Horrible, horrible service from start to end! Terrible quality clothes and almost impossible return policy after i waited more than two months for my package to arrive. Agree with every single previous comment left, stay away as far as possible - they will screw you over and make it so impossible to return that you eventually give up! They blocked me on all social media matters pages for exposing them.

All these reviews are honest! Exactly what happened to me. They don’t stick to their return/refund policy. They will send you a shiiiiiit product that you won’t be caught dead in and then refuse to give you a return label or a full refund as stated on their website. They’re frauds! Rita is the queen idiot of this enterprise. Someone get these people what they deserve….

WORST SHOP EVER. The website clearly states they accept returns within 30 days and they wont send me a return label. A lady by the name if Rita Chung has been replying to my messages denying me the return label and offering me only a percentage refund for things i DO NOT WANT. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a tracksuit and since a month I got it, but it was horrible. The quality is awful and the color is different. Never buy anything. I was surprised that the tracksuit was delivered because it took a month to get it and I thought that I never saw it. But it would have been better if I didn’t see it.

This company is a scam!! Please buyers be aware. I had purchased a set and the clothes were made so poorly, I asked for refund and they’ve been giving me a hard time not accepting the return.

Very disappointed. I requested a returns label and got offered 15% refund ant to keep the item. Then a 39% refund and to keep the item. I kindly asked for the returns label. Now I send the product back and I paid for the shipping and they still keep offering me 40% so if I m not getting the refund back I ll report this.

The online fashion store Jarvincy is betraying its customers: It pretends to offer free return shipping, but then makes customers pay for return shipping ($20 to China). Don't order from Jarvincy! I am deeply disappointed. Der Mode Online-Handel Jarvincy betrügt seine Kunden: Er gibt vor, einen kostenlosen Rückversand anzubieten, lässt die Kunden dann aber für den Rückversand zahlen (20 Dollar nach China von Deutschland aus). Bestellen Sie nicht bei Jarvincy! Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht.
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. I ordered a dress which is nothing like the picture I saw online and is terrible cheap quality. I wanted to return it (you have to email them and ask them to provide a return label). For two weeks I have been arguing with this Company who want me to keep the item (repeatedly stating I will have to pay the heavy cost back to China even though i have repeatedly told them I don't care about the cost and that I want to return the item for a full refund). They started offering me 15% off their website, then 20% refund, now they are up to offering me 50% refund but STILL no return label. Avoid at all costs - absolute scam company. I have reported to Action Fraud and the Police.

This company is a joke! I’ve bought 3 sets of clothes from them. None of them fit so I wanted to return in and get 100% refund. Company offered me 15% discounts on next shoppings and they recommended to go to tailor. After 2 weeks of conversation they finally offered me 50% refund but I didn’t even get a full amount. Avoid!!!

It’s a cheater company don’t buy, I order from them with 570aed , and they didn’t send any email confirmation, I send them emails they didn’t reply at all, the contact number is wrong , I try to follow up through Instagram & I wrote that it was spam to do let girls get cheated from before them , they block me from insta. And now I lost my money , I never get my order and I can’t contact them . Be careful girls it’s spam .
