Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. People commonly share that expensive orders marked as successfully delivered never actually arrive at their homes. Consumers also express deep frustration regarding misleading tracking details, missing weight information, and the total absence of delivery confirmation photos. However, some customers also noted that they managed to recover their money through third-party platforms after facing extended delivery delays. A few people mentioned that their purchases eventually showed up despite remaining trapped in transit for multiple weeks. Buyers strongly advise others to avoid using this courier service whenever possible due to these widespread issues.
