Absolutely terrible service! Ordered and never came. Tried to get me to purchase again and I said not in financial position to buy again. Tried to get money back and they just ignore all emails after you say you just want money back!!!
Went through Klarna and they gave them the tracking and says delivered which I never received and they backed them also!!! Do I am £439 down and no scooter with an upset son for his birthday!!! Still emailing with no reply from them and the UK company say nothing to do with them!!!
Shocking even got a police number they asked for and everything!! Not good don’t buy

I ordered a g2, on my app it says arrives today even though they said 2-3 buisness days, and bare in mind ive been dying to get this scooter and they dont seem to understand that i dont wanna wait 3+ weeks because ive already waited a week and a half when most people are getting theres between3-5 days n i just think its annoying honestly when it says your package comes today but then they say 2-3 days
A g2 beats a 1.3k scuter from a nother brand thats insean deals recomend 100%

It took little longer than usual for them to ship the package. I contacted support, and they promtly replied that they were busy but would send the package and tracking number soon. They did exactly as promised. The package arrived quckly, and everything was in order. I installed it in the scooter, and it worked perfectly.
