Hi,I just went down to check on my e-scooter, and the tire is completely flat once again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid good money for this, and it is honestly disgraceful that it keeps failing like this.There is clearly a major manufacturing defect with this entire scooter, and I am extremely angry about this situation. I refuse to ride it any further because I do not want to damage it more. I am leaving it as it is and expecting you to handle this immediately.I expect a response and a solution as fast as possible. I want one of the following options:A full refund of my money.A brand new replacement scooter.An alternative solution that we can both agree on right away.I am highly frustrated and expect you to take this seriously. I've bought a Kukirin G3 Pro Had to ask for replacment back motor and charger later. The support was helpfuln with replacemetns arriving few days later. I'm back to riding again : )

THE WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE. 😡 I strongly advise against buying from KUKIrin. My order arrived incomplete, and then I spent an entire month trying to resolve the issue with their customer service. Instead of actually helping me, they kept fobbing me off. When I returned the unnecessary parts, they even made me pay €30 for the return. I had to print the return labels myself and arrange the whole return process. And the worst part? Even after the parcel had arrived back with them, they still didn’t refund my money. I wasted an entire month going back and forth with their customer service. Thankfully, my bank eventually helped me recover my money. Absolutely terrible service, zero professionalism and zero respect for the customer. If you don’t want to waste your time, money and nerves, stay well away from KUKIrin. 😡

BAD experience with Kukirin

I would like to share my experience with Kukirin and the complete lack of care and respect I received regarding my purchase. I purchased a Kukirin scooter in October 2025. In January 2026, after only three months of use, the scooter started experiencing problems. I contacted Kukirin because the scooter was still under warranty, and the purchase was made with the 12 month warranty clearly stated on their website. However, instead of resolving the issue, Kukirin initially refused to properly address the problem. I had to repeatedly contact them and even provide information regarding consumer protection laws and my legal rights before they finally agreed to offer a solution. After seven months of dealing with this situation, Kukirin offered me what they described as a 95% new scooter and asked me to send my original scooter back to their warehouse. I accepted the agreement and sent my scooter back. One week later, I received the replacement scooter. According to Kukirin, this scooter was practically new and only had a few scratches. That was absolutely NOT the condition of the scooter I received. The scooter had much more than a few scratches. It was heavily worn and covered with stickers from its previous owner. The scooter was so worn that you could barely even see its original orange color anymore. And to make matters worse, we originally paid for a scooter with a 25 km range, while the replacement scooter they sent us only reaches around 18 km. As soon as we received the scooter, we contacted Kukirin and sent them all the evidence showing its condition and the problems we had discovered. We also explained that we felt we had been misled about the condition of the replacement scooter. Their response was simply that this was the only scooter in good condition they had available and that I had to accept it because I had agreed to receive this scooter. So I would genuinely like to know: where exactly is this scooter 95% new? The scooter I originally sent back to their warehouse was actually in approximately 98% new condition, having been used for only THREE MONTHS. If Kukirin had been honest and transparent from the beginning and had told me that the replacement scooter was heavily worn, covered in stickers, had significant signs of use, and had a lower range than the scooter I originally purchased, I would never have accepted this agreement. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, in my opinion, demonstrates a complete lack of respect and care for the customer. I will NEVER buy from Kukirin again, and I will absolutely share this experience with other people so they can think carefully before purchasing from this company.
