THE WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE. 😡 I strongly advise against buying from KUKIrin. My order arrived incomplete, and then I spent an entire month trying to resolve the issue with their customer service. Instead of actually helping me, they kept fobbing me off. When I returned the unnecessary parts, they even made me pay €30 for the return. I had to print the return labels myself and arrange the whole return process. And the worst part? Even after the parcel had arrived back with them, they still didn’t refund my money. I wasted an entire month going back and forth with their customer service. Thankfully, my bank eventually helped me recover my money. Absolutely terrible service, zero professionalism and zero respect for the customer. If you don’t want to waste your time, money and nerves, stay well away from KUKIrin. 😡
