Scam....please do not order anything from these people. I ordered a formal dress in May 26. Its currently Aug 26 and I still have not received my dress. With many attempts to contact them I received I whatsapp text saying the dress was still in production....what a load of rubbish on their website it says in stock.

JDONGVAK is considered a scam site. It does not appear to be a reputable company. I placed an Order in the amount of $38.25 on November 07, 2025 for a skirt I never received. I sent an email according to their email address in order to express my concerns but the response I received back was an email address that is inactive. A response back indicated that, "There was a problem delivering my message.
Total scam
Total scam. The dress that came looks NOTHING like the images online. DONT SHOP FROM HERE. I tried to get a refund and the customer service did not respond.
It's a scam!
I ordered 2 items from them in November 2024. They shipped one of the items (it took more than a month). They NEVER shipped the other item! I have contacted them so many times, but they never respond. They stole like $40 from me for never shipping this order. SCAM! Do not shop from this website!

I recently purchased a dress from JDONGSOE for my civil wedding, and I am extremely disappointed. The dress arrived looking nothing like the photo on their website. Instead of a beautiful gown, I received something that resembled a dish towel—poorly made and lacking any of the elegance I expected. I tried to email them to claim a refund, but they did not accept my email, and the worst part is that customer service does not respond at all! I feel completely scammed. The quality is subpar, and the fit was off as well. I would not recommend shopping at JDONGSOE if you're looking for quality clothing or reliable service. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!
