I didnt even want to rate them 1 Silver rings were ordered for over 100bux and got cheap plastic rings worth less than $1. Asked for a refund they offered 10bux in comparison to paying 100bux And soon they stopped responding to emails DO NOT BUY

Service was amazing! I ordered the wrong size twice but they didn’t make me pay extra. They contacted me back right away and shipping was less than a week! I’m so satisfied with my purchase! I’ll be sure to order from here again. Love the rings!!!!!
I placed an order for some promise rings but never got them and lost the money I spent.
Took them a week to write back and say that they hadn't even started on the rings I bought for my anniversary. I lost money because of it. It felt like a total scam!
So far I’ve placed an order that’s cost me $260 including express shipping. I haven’t received any updates and after checking reviews I’m not hopeful for anything. This was supposed a one year anniversary present. I’ve messaged them twice now with no response. I pray to god I’m wrong here.
Ordered some matching rings from them and was told “the male one is out of stock” even though it was displayed as in stock on the website... They offered me other choices and I just asked for a refund as I was not interested in anything else. They continued to offer me compensation after I asked for a refund twice. Disputed it with PayPal and they told me I needed to “cancel the dispute” so they can refund it. This is NOT true! They finally gave in and properly accepted the disputed refund with PayPal. Please avoid buying from this seller!!
I placed an order on Nov 22 2019 for our wedding rings our wedding was set for Dec 6 at check out it stated that out rings would be shipped out in 5-7 days perfect right, not at all no email nothing, I had to e-mail and chat to finally get told that there was a mistake on the engraving and that it would be late but in time for my wedding ok I waited a few more days still no email with tracking #, so back to emailing and chat and finally got the tracking # and delivery date was after our wedding so we had no rings, all i got was an offer for 80% off for future order, now comes the best part, I have received my rings and as i pull them out ov the box I notice the stones are all crooked and sharp edges of the stones are raised up I placed the rings back in the box and was going to let it go my husband and I were going to a holiday party and I decided to wear my rings for the holidays and after wearing them for 2 weeks the have discolored in so many places on the band now it looks like i got my ring out of a crackerjack box! if I could I would upload the pictures! my order was $ 103.00 and it was not even worth it I have now sent a request for a refund and they wanted to see pictures i have sent them and I still have not received anything ! they should be reported for fraud and shut them down.
My children bought me a family ring for christmas, within an hour of wearing it, a stone fell out. Contacted the company to have it fixed or returned, got told to take it to a local jeweler to fix it and they would refund the repair. When the repair bill was more then the ring, I got ignored from the company. As the saying goes ifs it too good to be true, it truly is..... Both kids and I are divested

Do not buy from this website. It's a website that gives out defective items. I ordered couple rings and the engraving was so tiny you can't even see it and they were not even aligned correctly. When you let the company know the error of their ways you can't even return the item to get it fixed, or even get a refund. Even wish.com has better items and at least you can get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Obviously the positive reviews either they got paid or got "20% off their next purchase"

The 'silver' rings we ordered were just brass rings plated with rhodium. Complete scam. Update: they never solved the situation. They eventually sent us rings that were silver, but not the same ones that we ordered. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a couple ring for our anniversary. I paid for fast delivery service and was suppose to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping and it’s been almost a month and still haven’t received my ring. I tried to contact their customer service but no reply. I escalated this to PayPal for refund. Don’t buy anything off of this website. They will scam you.

My husband and I both love these rings. No need to send tons of $ to say " I love you". Spend the money for more important stuff. These rings are wonderful. We also got ID bracelets and matching necklaces...total for all under $1oo.oo !!!!! We get compliments on all 3 (6 total). Go get them if you're in love😍
