This is the worst company I’ve ever seen, they are quick to take your money but don’t deliver what you bought, then you try to contact to find out, a low and behold your lucky if anybody will pick up or even answer, so take the money and run should be your motto, thanks to the theives!!!

This is a SCAM. Total FRAUD. Last tracking was on west coast for over a week, than says delivered. I live on east coast - same day as last tracking on west coast says delivered. No response to any correspondence.

Got scammed for a Giant mystery box. DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company they are scamming pieces of Shit! Over a month now still nothing and no answers in emails. Ordered in April till this day no product. Tracking doesn’t work because it’s not comparable to USPS. Went to the post office was told not a tracking number in their system. Can’t speak with customer service only in email. Have many emails some answered some ignored. Ask for contact numbers none given, currently waiting on a refund or a new tracking number not received either O Please don’t buy with this company
I ordered 2 49.99 mystery boxes, back in April around the 15th. I still haven't received them and I am so pissed. I got the same email that one of the other users got for one of them. Stating that the info wasn't put in in time and so on. I am so disappointed in myself for letting them scam me. I hope they get their comupance. Karma is a cruel mistress.

I placed an order over a month ago and I haven't received it yet. I have asked now 4 times for my money back and I get the same email saying my order is on track and I should get it soon. You can only email them and you will get absolutely no where with it. I ordered the best box they have for my kids as a surprise for doing so good with school and work and now they don't even get it. Complete scam. Pretty sad Update I finally got a package and it was only a pair of ear buds. Seriously if I wanted just a pair of earbuds I could have got a way better pair at a store. This is the biggest scam ever. I'm contacting the BBB and reporting the shit out of this place

Ordered the $29.99 Mystery Box and it shows a large box with multiple items in it. I got a pair of ear buds I don’t need. So disappointed. I also ordered a $39.99 Mystery Box. I can’t wait to see what they send me this time. What a scam!
Complete SCAM. Never should have trusted this site to begin with. They show all these amazing products with unbelievable deals. Should have trusted my gut on this. I just had to see... I ordered a handheld gaming console and received fake air pods.
