Simple set, good delivery/packaging

Made an order for a simple set. Good delivery time (in Europe), good packaging. I assume nothing is missing but the set won't be built immediatly. Anyway, very good so far !

I am a regular customer and more than happy about the service JoinToy offers.

Everything was fine

Fast Delivery from China. Excellent Service.

Great shop

Great shop, always fast delivery. Never had any issues on my orders.

Poor communication

Two parts were missing of one order and i wrote twice without ever getting an answer. Another order i placed was now suddenly canceled one month later and i got 5 Euro less money back than i payed one month ago from paypal. So basically i spent 5 Euros for nothing than waiting and no answer to my emails....

Top-thanks
