Trustfull retailer!

I order at JoinToy since like a year or so (from germany) and it always worked like a charm. Delivery is mostly faster than expected, prices are fair and the one time I had some issue with the Minifigures they sent me some new. Keep up the good works guys! :)

Not that bad

Pros: Fast and free shipping, low prices, Cons: Description of the items a little bit, few pictures or too small pictures of the item, communication with customers could be better

Good shipping time to germany

Good shipping time to germany. Quality of the bricks is varying a lot. And if you have missing or defective parts. You have to replace them by yourself, because the shop will not send spare parts. I opened two tickets regarding missing parts. I am waiting almost a year now to receive them.
