We constantly understand the needs of our customers and develop new products according to their needs, which have now been recognized by our customers. At present, we have become a fashion brand store leading the fashion trend of accessories, with a large number of long-term fans. Their product is garbage
Their product is garbage! Horrible stuff and not worth the effort to get. The clothing is nothing like advertised!
Disappointing customer support
Disappointing customer support Promises to replace under wear Not happened and the issue goes back to April 2026 Do not trust this organisation at all

Dress looked cheap and was really creased. I have applied for return address as per refund and returns policy but still waiting. Their return policy is 14 days. The time is nearly up so looks like that’s the game they play, leaving it too late to give return address so you can’t get a refund
The leg makeup was extremely poor.
The leg makeup was extremely poor. Made no difference even after following advice for putting on extra layers. I would not recommend this product. I am extremely disappointed especially after using the offer for buying two on the same order. A waste of money and they will be thrown away
Gave a 1 as unable to give less.
Gave a 1 as unable to give less. Advert very misleading & unclear It stated buy 1 pack with 3 colours & get 2 free. Expected 9pairs to be delivered but instead only recieved 3. Furious as been charged almost £17 for what was basically 1 pair of underwear as 2 were meant to be free. Never again.

I ordered the tanning lotion with the free brush i have not received my order, i ordered it specially for an event we went to on Friday 5 th June, could you please look into this for me,Thank you.
Beware of purchases via Facebook.
Paid for an item advertised on Facebook, not expensive just £10.99 ~ three weeks later no communication & no item received. My Bank contacted to open s dispute & request a refund, awaiting the outcome ~ Beware of purchases via Facebook. I tried to contact their site & it states "This store is currently unavailable"
Still waiting for my order
Still waiting for my order, no communication from company
Different artikel received
Different artikel received. Orded Size doesn't match delivery. Orded shirt without prints, received with prints??? No option te get contact for return.
Bought the body coverage
Bought the body coverage, so disappointed, the advertisement is a con. It’s lighter than shown on the advert and says after using wait 30 minutes before getting dressed, I waited about an hour just in case and it came off all over my black trousers. Won’t use again. No chance of money back
Bought the body coverage
Bought the body coverage. I don’t believe it does what they say in the advert. After trying it I tried several emails to them to see if I could return and get my money back. They never replied. I would not trust this company again.
I've given 1 star as I can't give less
I've given 1 star as I can't give less. To improve they just need to send out what was paid for. Cream was wrong colour, doesn't give you an Australian tan, what a total waste of money.
I’d prefer no star but can’t
I’d prefer no star but can’t. Slow delivery, slow customer service response, don’t follow return policy, product cheap and don’t work coming apart from seams. Terrible steer clear of this company and save your money as nothing is good with this company
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, ordered 2 solar lights for the garden. They turned up crushed but would estimate they are about a third of the size advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Advert is very misleading ad it stated…
Advert is very misleading as it stated buy 1 pack, containing 3 different colours, and receive 2 free, I received 3 pairs in different colours when expecting 9pairs, 3 of each colour.
New improved stock, not. 😡
Was advertised as new improved product, item arrived, and to my disappointment the items were old stock and limited to just 3 colours. Avoid.
My first purchase was very successful…
My first purchase was very successful but then receiving adverts for money saving offers I ordered again. This proved to be not as advertised and no use to me so I complained and requested my money back. This resulted in an offer of a small refund and to keep the product. This was no use to me as totally unsuitable for my circumstances. Since I‘be received numerous emails that don’t refer to my refusal to accept their offer and just say read their original offer. Despite advertising a statement that they only want a positive outcome for dealing with complaints they appear to hope I get fed up and give up. Trading standards is my next email.
Absolute con artists
Absolute con artists, please don’t buy from these people. They sent a completely different and incorrectly sized product and then will only refund when I post back to china. After first trying to bribe me to close my issue with PayPal. Only one star as I cannot give zero. They would be closed down in the UK.
Underwear not as described
The description for this company here is that it sells jewellery, but they sold leak proof underwear to me. It arrived totally not as described. They said it was cotton, but it is not. They said the items can be machine washed, but the label says hand wash. They claim that there are multiple layers in the gusset to prevent leaks and odours, but you can tell there is only 2 layers. The outer layer and the inner layer. I stupidly decided to not judge a book by it's cover and try out a pair. Other leak proof underwear pulls the moisture in and so you are not left feeling wet, but these do not do this. They remain wet. I've looked at the returns policy and to me it looks like it will be very difficult to get my money back, because it's saying you can not return this kind of item. I understand if I had just changed my mind or ordered the wrong size, but these aren't as described or fit for purpose. I will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them!
