We're a European e-commerce company with 5,000+ SKUs, and Google Ads is one of our most important channels. I learned Google Ads from Josiah's videos about two years ago, so when it was time to hand over a large account, JRR Marketing was the obvious choice. I honestly didn’t understand how Google Ads really worked before working with Josiah. I was running campaigns but mostly guessing at stuff like keywords, CTR, and quality score without knowing what actually mattered. He explained the fundamentals in a way that finally clicked for me and cleaned up a lot inside the account. After a few weeks our CTR went up a lot, quality scores improved, and the ads started bringing in way better leads instead of random traffic. Before this I was spending money on ads and just hoping things were set up right. Josiah walked me through the details without making it overly technical, which I appreciated because most people in this space just talk in circles. Once the campaigns were reworked, CTR improved pretty fast and we stopped wasting as much spend on bad clicks. The whole account feels way more organized now and it’s easier to see what’s actually working. Google Ads always felt confusing to me before this. I knew enough to run campaigns but not enough to understand why some ads worked and others completely tanked. Josiah helped me understand the basics properly, fixed a bunch of issues hurting our quality score, and improved the targeting. We’re getting more qualified leads now and the click through rate is noticeably better than it was a couple months ago.

The simplicity of everything stood out right away. A lot of agencies overcomplicate things but Josiah explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense without all the extra fluff. The personal support was also really good, he was easy to reach and actually stayed involved instead of disappearing after setup. That kind of communication feels pretty rare now honestly.

We were getting traffic from Google Ads before but it felt random and hard to tell what was actually turning into booked jobs. Josiah at JRR Marketing cleaned up the tracking and built a couple landing pages around our main services. After about a month the leads started coming in way more consistently and the calls were a better fit too. I mostly like that I can finally see where the money is going instead of guessing every week.

Before working with Josiah, our SEO was kind of just sitting there with no real direction. We had some rankings but it wasn’t turning into much. Him and the JRR Marketing team helped tighten things up and tied it into our ads and tracking. Now we can actually connect traffic to real leads and sales. Not perfect yet but way better than where we started.

I had ads running and traffic coming in but I was mostly guessing on what to change. Josiah at JRR Marketing helped break down CPA, targeting, and how each landing page plays a role.
