I just had a bad time this order. It is mostly my fault because I didn’t read the measurements. But the description said background and when I bought background anything before it was background papers which I thought these were but they are the size of a large postage stamp. It’s too bad because they are super cool dragon images. I also used the link that I got from Lucy Patrick who is amazing with card making with their products so that I could buy the weeding tool she bought and the entire page was all tweezers. So I thought I’d buy some and see how they were but they have no tension in them at all. And the 2 flower packs of stickers I got were so tiny! Like I said, that’s my fault for not reading the description measurements. But it just ended up being a waste of money to me. I only like modern designs so most is not my taste, but I love the watercolor book I got and wanted more but they sold out super fast. I also love the flower stickers and dotted PET tape I bought on my other orders. So not the stores fault, just frustrated and I don’t know if they even do returns. I learned my lesson. Read the measurements and convert them so you know what you are buying!

There were several items that I ordered that had different styles, ex. A, B, C….. Unfortunately I received 3 of the exact same item, instead of the different styles I actually ordered.
Everything was a bit smaller than I expected. Wish the sizes were more visible on the order page. Otherwise it's all very nice.
There’s something wrong with their web shop. They have products in different colors, but if you try to buy the same product in the different colors, you will end up with the same product twice, or you might end up with a different color than you were trying to order. The cart doesn’t show these color options, just the product default picture, so you can not really see what you are getting. I got the same stickers and papers twice instead of the color variations and some stickers in completely different colors than intended. For me they explained that I was too quick to pick the products to the cart but this seems unlikely. The products were ok and the shipping was fast. They did not compensate the products as they are the ones on the order list. I got a gift card instead.
They used a company called Yawen. The delivery agent left my package in a public area where is nowhere to be found. I find it hard to believe they would do that. Pictures were sent to me that it was delivered but iy shows it was left by the intercom outside in a public area where anyone can easily steal it. Quite incompetent. Never again will I purchase due to lack of customer service
Great selection of products. Arrived in perfect condition in less than 3 weeks. Only issue, tried to order a particular stencil but the item number doesn't change when scroll through main image. You must go down and click image in description for the item number to appear. Now that know thus I look forward to ordering again.
The product is a good value for the price. They shipped quickly AND followed up to see if I was satisfied. I did notice there were a few phrases that would not be spoken the way they were written on the PET stickers so I think it was translated by someone who knows English but doesn't speak it with Americans frequently. It would also be helpful if the description was actual words instead of photos (sometimes blurry). The product has lively colors, detailed images, and is as advertised. I was so excited, I used this within an hour of receiving it.
The stickers, sheets, tweezers, scissors, glue tape and the paper PET tape was all great quality. The 35mm film PET tape specifically rips really easily, hence 4 stars instead of 5.
Everything came, but shipping took forever. First, it sat in one place for almost two weeks. Then at another leg, it appeared to be lost again, but showed up. Tracking numbers were "invalid", so it was hard to figure it all out.
Quick delivery - I ordered on 2 Jan 25 for my birthday and received on 11 January 25. Unfortunately I found one mistake in my order. I had ordered Journalsay 60mm*200cm Trees and Forest Series Vintage Plant Landscaping PET Tape Color: JD-SYL-05 And received some other PET tape. I wasn’t aware that substitutions were going to be made and assume this is a mistake. Unfortunately they provided a PET I do not like. I really wanted the one I actually ordered. The box was damaged but fortunately nothing inside was damaged. This is the first order I have ever made with Journalsay as I was curious but I am a bit disappointed that an error was made. I have yet to use the items I ordered. They appear to be lovely and I hope to make good use of them. Update 14 Jan 25: I contacted journal say and explained that I hadn’t received one of the products. They have quickly arranged for the correct item to be shipped to me. I have to say that their response was very quick and efficient. I have started using some of the items that I ordered and they are very pretty. There’s probably only one or two items I ordered which I probably wouldn’t order again. As this was my first time, I was overwhelmed by all the items I could order and had had a difficult time deciding what I should order. I have a better idea for next time.

The stickers are lovely but it is VERY difficult to separate the plastic backing from the sticker. I have had to spend way too much time bending and pocking the edges in order to apply. I will not be ordering more. The paper is very thin and tricky to cut but the designs are perfect for many applications. I have not used the Washi Tape but they look as expected.
it took almost a month to get stuff, no update on the tracking it just left the place and showed up here, i sent it off the 1st week of dec and got it jan 3, i ordered from4 other places and got them all before christmas
The outside tape is too strong and leaves residue when You can finally remove it. The stamp and Removeable stickers are my favorite. Great products for making cards.
