The items are beautiful. However my items never arrived. I understand that this isn't the companys fault but I won't be ordering from them again as I just don't know if it will turn up. I did get my money back. But I would of preferred my items I bought. I've been left very disappointed.

It came around the time it said it would and I'm really glad I got the things I did cause it looks so good! For their prices I say you should check them out!
I love the products I was disappointed they came in bags and not a box. I felt like my orders weren’t important enough to put in a box so they arrived nicely and not bent.
Getting my package it did take longer than expected but the company is overseas so I understand. The products were great, I love everything I ordered. They prices were cheapest compared to other companies with the same products.
I realize this company is from China, but I am sure there are many Americans that buy from this site as well. (It was recommended to me by a group member on facebook) I found some of the pictures and descriptions to be misleading according to size of product. (Some had no description, just what the product was.) It would have been nice to have measurements in inches or feet, to have a better idea of size. I kept having to refer to Google to convert mm/cm to inches. 🙄 I put a lot of time into making my order. When I recieved my order I was a lil' disappointed by that. I enjoyed getting my big order, it was like Christmas!
I am alover happy just one of the tapes tear when i try to just see the whole pattern on it .. the rest of my stuff was good 😊 will order again ,but not that type of tape
I had an issue with a couple boxes. Metal boxes not handled well by someone. All bent and broke. And they took care of the I problem quickly. Thank you
Everything was complete, packaged securely. Products feel top quality, nice feel and texture. Minusvthe few typos on some of the stickers, but otherwise great! Have already ordered again!
Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with my last order. One item (book clip) was broken. The other items were not packaged properly either. Otherwise, I have always been satisfied.

I had bought some stationery and a wooden box. I suppose I was mistaken to believe that the beautiful white boxes with bubble wrap and a thank you card that all the stationery influencers' orders came in was what the company did. But no, if you aren't someone they are paying for advertising, you can expect your purchases to be delivered in a flimsy plastic bag. The items are of decent quality but the wooden box I had purchased had an uneven lid. So when I close it, the lid always lifts a little in a corner. I don't think I'll be purchasing from this company again but it is decent, affordable, and trustworthy.
The products are good but the packaging are very cheap it seems like some items might get damage in a shipping process just because of the poor quality packaging
I am really happy with most of the products, but one pack of stickers a couple of them were cut in half and there was only the piece. I also didn't like the shipping it took forever and when tracking it just kept saying label created and that's it and it just got here today. After seeing so many people open their boxes and how nice they were, well I was expecting the same. Nope my box was all crushed, no tissue paper inside and everything was just thrown in the box. Like I said I am in love with everything and I guess I can't complain too much because everything was at amazing prices.I guess you do get what you pay for.
I love the items. Youtube got me to buy because of pretty packaging but items were thrown in a mail bag and shipped. No box or decoration like on video. Kind of disappointing but still got it fairly quickly and loved what I got. Thanks

The shipping method was very bad. The shipment was supposed to be elegant, like their beautiful website. Secondly, there is an order that they did not send because the product was expired. Why did you not contact me before sending the entire shipment to replace the expired product? Now, how will you send me the finished product, which is only one order, and will you not leave the swallowed item? The wallet is in my account.
I can't say anything about the quality of the items yet because I haven't been able to get near them! As soon as I opened the package there was a terrible smell, and when I removed the wrapped items my skin started itching and burning, so I immediately took them outside and set them on the patio table to air out.
I am more sensitive to a lot of things than most people, but I'm also 66 years old and have a clear track record over the years of being sensitive to things no one else was, and eventually it's figured out and becomes well known that those things can be problematic to people (like latex, adhesive, etc.)
This place has such good reviews compared to practically every other company that sells things through social media, so I hate to say this especially without trying to products first, but I felt like I should warn people.
I have ordered from them twice now. And although it did take several weeks to receive my orders each time, the products themselves were great and inexpensive. I appreciated the additional discounts that were also given.
