I would highly recommend this company for E-sims. The coverage and customer service is excellent. We used Journey for a trip to the Caucuses. Georgia and Armenia. Although a couple of us didn't immediately receive our initial QR codes the response to our emails was speedy and apologetic. Our E-sims worked perfectly on arrival in Georgia with no issues and excellent coverage. However, the E-sims did not then work in Armenia when we crossed the border. We emailed Journey and received new links which then gave us good coverage again in Armenia.
This company clearly cares about its customers and providing a good service. I shall certainly use them again when I need and E-sim.

I had a bad experience with the use of esim card in the past; couldn't activate that finally I had to remove it. But The Journal Esim was quite easy to install as it was automatically activated as soon as I landed Tanzania.
It was so easy to use and competitively priced! There were a few times none of my friends had service (underground, bars, movie halls) while my Journey eSIM still had network coverage. Really impressive 👏
Went to Vietnam and used journey, wasn’t sure how easily it would connect but as soon as i landed it connected immediately and gave me 5G connection everywhere, even in Hoi Ann where others were having a bit of trouble connecting. price was also super cheap, 5G for 5 days only about 15$ (12$ when i used code ‘DISCOUNT20’) , compared to my parents who use starhub and payed around 30$ for 2GB and overall very good quality, would definitely rebuy next time i travel!
