The process of ordering the goods was a lot more efficient compared to other agents used in recent months with high quality photos and measurements. The communication was exceptionally well and they explained any issues in a professional manner. I am very pleased with the entire process and to add to it it only took them a day to ship the goods for me!. - Only con I had was the slightly more expensive shipping prices but more than happy with this if it means they arrive quicker. Would recommend :)

Absolute disaster
I've had an awful experience with this agent. Spent months trying to buy my parcel only to be presented with errors saying "Error High Risk". Couldn't buy clothing also. Reached out to support several times and they keep telling me the same things. Highly recommend going with another agent and avoiding this company.

First time buyer and i gotta say
First time buyer and i gotta say, im really impressed. The process went very smooth and i got everything i orderd. It was well package and everything. I will say that im going to order from here agian very soon. The only negative thing is that the shipping took longer then expected due to air traffic.
New Joyabuy haul
This is my second haul. First one I bought was seized so I rebought some of the main items I wanted and chose a better shipping line. Hopefully I will receive all the items but the qcs for these were great.
Good customer service and fast to ship
After ordering my items they arrived quickly at the warehouse. I got good pictures of each item and quick response when I ask for more pictures. Only issue is I didn't have many shipping options but still the shipping price wasn't to bad and they sent it off quickly.

Pretty good site and reliable
First things first I would say overall rhe experience is pretty good. When I had questions about my items and I contacted my agent within a day or two they responded to me and answered my question fully. As well as the quality control photos I recieved were good pictures and clearly showed what I needed to see about my pieces. Also even if it is joyabuys downtime there is a ai chat bot who always answers questions. It does not have the answer to every question you may have such as any questions regarding specific items to your haul but it’s better than being left completely in the dark until they open again. Overall I would say my experience was good and the customer service was not bad all messages sent to me were straight foward and civil. Overall I would definitely buy again
Ordered 2 pair of tracksuits
Ordered 2 pair of tracksuits, 1 pair of trainers and one jacket. Jacket is kind of alright, but other items are not correct size. Top fits then bottom does not and vice versa forboth tracksuits. Trainer is bigger than actual size. I assume they sell all rejected brand item which the original company didn't want to take. If you return thats not worthy as you know.
