if i can rate 0 i would. this agent is the epitamy of shadiness and poor customer support. DO NOT listen to any 5 star review, as I am 100% they're all bots. I've ordered from them several times and reached my limit after my package got sent back due to the shoes having batteries in them. Joyagoo says that in order to fix this I have to PAY A FEE for them to take the shoes out and told me i have to ship them seperately (another $100+). the shipping fees are outragous there is no shot i have to spend $250 on 8 items for shipping. im better off not buying reps at that point. i am also suspicous that they purchase lower quality versions of your item and ship that out to you to save money because we all know reps have very low margins. all in all, im done shopping with these communists. i hope they get raided and we never hear from them again.
Poor communication place order then when you check for progress you are advised fees for postage for £16.00 nothing advised when ordering then unable to get refund stay away would be my advice another scammer!
Terrible. After spending 500€ i had to add another 165€ for shipment. I wanted to cancel my order but guess what, bever got anything back. Basically a silent scam. Dont buy from here as they lost the capability to provide as they first did.

I spent over $800 customs returns it, they tell me I have to pay another $250 for shipping so I tell them I will pay when I have the money and just over 1 month later I come back and it says destroyed I’ve used joyagoo before but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere they were genuinely no help and didn’t help me with my situation at all just decided to throw my package away because I took 1 month after I told them to wait i texted customer service but I already know how useless they are

An absolutely terrible company. There are constant problems with their shipments. Four out of five packages arrive damaged, even when you pay extra for additional protective services such as cardboard reinforcement. As a result, the products inside also get damaged.
I provided clear photos showing the condition of the packages upon arrival, including the damaged boxes and the damaged products. I explicitly asked Joyabuy to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with the insurance company.
Joyabuy claims that they are unable to do this and instead tries to brush you off with a ridiculous 5% shipping coupon. Meanwhile, they will of course most likely claim the damages through the insurance themselves.
Absolutely unacceptable. This feels like a complete scam. Avoid this company.
This is a disgrace. They fake you into buying and afterwards the shipping fees are absolutely horrible. I ordered for an amount of €70 goods and the shipping fees were €129. They claim you have the possibility to use coupons but you are allowed to use one coupon only. Now the items will be destroyed in the communist china warehouse, so there goes my money and there goes my trust in this company. I even emailed them to cancel my order and they declined. All the positive reviews are fake and bought reviews. This is a scam site

They even proposed me broken merchandise!! and one person from customer service told me he had to ask his mother if I could get a refund.... this is very bad.

I tried order something off this app and when I pay for the items I wanted, they told me i had to pay again for the shipping and the shipping was over $40, and when I tried to cancel the order because the items that i bought looked horrible, they never refund me my money back and never help me out of getting my money bac.
