if i can rate 0 i would. this agent is the epitamy of shadiness and poor customer support. DO NOT listen to any 5 star review, as I am 100% they're all bots. I've ordered from them several times and reached my limit after my package got sent back due to the shoes having batteries in them. Joyagoo says that in order to fix this I have to PAY A FEE for them to take the shoes out and told me i have to ship them seperately (another $100+). the shipping fees are outragous there is no shot i have to spend $250 on 8 items for shipping. im better off not buying reps at that point. i am also suspicous that they purchase lower quality versions of your item and ship that out to you to save money because we all know reps have very low margins. all in all, im done shopping with these communists. i hope they get raided and we never hear from them again.
