I recently ordered some drawers. The shipping took longer than I expected, because they came by ship. However, I had great back and forth contact with Joybos. I was very impressed by their support. When the drawers arrived, they were well packed and very well made. I would highly recommend their products, just check to see if the item is in stateside storehouses or will be shipped from Hong Kong.

Misleading advertisement. I thought I was getting see through window panels with my 16 gallon- 6 layer bins. What I received was 16 gallon 6 layer bin that is all plastic and cheap looking.

LONG delivery times and poor return policy. Do not recommend
Delivery times are in the duration of several weeks as the product is shipping from China. If you need to return the order for whatever the reason youare responsible to pay which costs more than the items on Joybos. Very disappointed and will not return as a customer. My recommendation is buy this product via Amazon which has better shipping times and return policies.

New company to the USA. Ordered two of the bathroom waste cans with tech Lids. Took a little longer than expected, although both worked great I just purchased two more. I inquired about where to get more can liners when needed. Customer service responded quickly. I bought two more. I use them in bathrooms, out at the pool and bedroom. They were nice enough to send me some complimentary can liners. Nice touch!

In our experience, China Post Class International Mail usually takes about 15-25 business days for delivery. Items were shipped from a warehouse in China although there was no indication this would happen. They took more than 6 weeks to arrive. They offered to ship me extra stuff from their US warehouse whenever I inquired where my items were, and then when I wanted to return an item they insisted I ship it all the way back to China. Never again.
