I'm sorry the offer dropped prior to your accepting it and can certainly understand being frustrated. To help clarify, the reason behind offers fluctuating is that our offers change in real time based on what buyers in your area are paying. However, once an offer is accepted you are locked in and we will never reduce the offer unless the vehicle's conditions were misrepresented. We do offer a free listing option for customers that are not happy with the available instant offer, allowing customers to set a price they want and then we try to find a buyer that is willing to pay the asking price. Sorry again that you didn't enjoy your experience with our site but hopefully we can make it up to you in the future!

We're always bringing on new buyers to help increase our instant offers but we do also offer a free listing service that allows you to post your vehicle on our site for the price you want and we do all the legwork to find a buyer for you. Similar to you selling through Craigslist or other listing services but with us you'll only deal with reputable buyers that are contracted with us.
