I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have always been happy with this brand. However, my last two orders were confusing and disappointing. I paid for a 12-month supply, but the packaging I received only states a 6-month supply, which doesn’t make sense. When I contacted customer service, they told me the packaging had changed, but it still doesn’t match the amount I paid for. I hope the company fixes this inconsistency because it can be very misleading for customers.

looks nothing like the photos and took ages to come
The color is great, however the provided cases are so small ! I would prefer a simpler one, without accessories, but with greater capacity for cleaning solution. And with one of the model I chose, I can't see clearly so I can't wear it all day and I'm a bit disappointed. It has never happened with all the others I bought in the past

Overall really happy with the contacts, I only had an issue with one pair where one lens just wouldn't go in properly, but that could have been user error. The colors are bright and bold , it's definitely best to look through all of what is available and pick the ones that will look the best on yourself, your eye color and shape. I got multiple pairs to see which ones looked the best as I have dark eyes and the vision gray went over my eyes color the best without it being too bright or muted. Can definitely say after wearing for a few months they get more comfortable to wear. Writing after trying them and using them for my wedding reception party.

The lenses are so uncomfortable as they are made from HEMA...which is extremely old technology that hasn't been used since the 1970's. You can't wear them for more than a couple of hours as they make your eyes extremely dry. While HEMA was an early material for soft lenses, newer materials often offer better oxygen transmissibility and are generally safer, especially for overnight wear. These lenses can seriously damage your eyes.
I am a regular lense user (wear transparent lenses every day) but couldn't wear this one because it hurts my eyes.
I've purchased many pairs in the past, and I've loved most colors, but lately I feel they are not as comfortable as before. I get tired of them fast, they dry faster. They were the only ones I liked because I use -10. Please don't low the quality.
If there is an option with less than one star, I will choose it. And if there is also a score rating, I will choose that as well.
