I was informed about the change more than two weeks after I placed the order. Then, I had to wait for them to arrive. The lenses arrived expired and caused an allergic reaction. I ended up in the hospital. I lost both the lenses and my money.
They gave me replacement contacts but 2 different types of contacts. One on the left eye is crystal brown and the right eye is sl29 brown when it says Crystal brown on both of the boxes. Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but recently their contacts service is terrible.

The company made me destroy the item by cutting the lens in half, sending proof, and confirming my prescription and address multiple times, yet they’ve asked me for the same information over and over again. I even followed every instruction, including attaching photos, confirming my address, and requesting a second pair (Neala Green −1.50) as compensation for the repeated delays. Despite all of that, no shipment has been confirmed. At this point, I’ve documented everything and escalated the issue. The lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT.

I ordered a few different colors and neala green and SL29 green and brown are really beautiful and natural. and people are very friendly and helpful there and they sent me a new color when I did not like one of the colors I had ordered. The only thing is that sometimes these lenses sting my eyes. and also I can not wear them for long hours.
