Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the high quality of the products, noting that the lenses look very natural and feel extremely soft and comfortable during daily wear. Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues.
Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. However, a small group of reviewers also noted that certain lens colors looked different in person or did not fit their eyes comfortably.
The support team helped me significantly with tracking my package. They responds within a decent amount of time, they're respectful and show that they care about their customers. I did find that the delivery time did take longer than expected, and the location of the package within my country was not listed clearly, which led me to contacting support to find it out. Other than that, I appreciate their service and highly recommend.

Hello, the product is excellent and high-quality. Aside from that, I learned that my original shipment had gone missing due to an incomplete address; I immediately contacted the support team, and they sent me a replacement right away. They resolved the issue very quickly—they are truly great.

Order never received. They ship from China with the cheapest economy method (you can't choose) and it's not reliable.I contacted them several times for refund or replacement. They kept dodging me, which was ridiculous since I only bought one item for less than $20. I was a repeat customer but will no longer order them.

I ordered the Siwan Choco and the color is beautiful. I will order this color specifically again, it truly looks natural and goes with my skin tone.

I’ve ordered now a few times at just4kira and I love everything about it! Good quality and the natural contacts look just as if they were my real eyes!!+ one of my contacts dried out because the lid wasn’t fully closed, I send them a dm and they immediately responded and offered me a new pair of contacts!! I’m so thankful and will continue to shop here! 100% recommended🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very disappointing
I ordered the ASA Green contact lenses because they were described as looking natural. Unfortunately, they don’t look nearly as natural as I expected.
What’s even worse is the comfort. The lenses burn and sting my eyes a lot. As soon as I put them in, I have to take them out almost immediately because the discomfort is simply unbearable. They also don’t sit comfortably in my eyes at all.
After taking them out, my eyes feel dry as well. I’ve worn contact lenses from other brands before and have never experienced anything like this.
Unfortunately, these lenses are completely unwearable for me, and I’m very disappointed with the product.

Absolutely love these lenses! The colors are so natural and beautiful, and they’re incredibly comfortable, it literally feels like I’m not wearing lenses at all! 😍 The customer service is also amazing, super fast and helpful. 10/10, highly recommend! 💕

I was really excited to try these after seeing so many positive TikTok reviews, but unfortunately they were a disappointment. I ordered the Norko Green lenses with my prescription, and while they arrived within the estimated delivery time (the reason for the 2 stars), they were very uncomfortable and painful to wear. They also felt too big for my eyes, and after wearing them, my eyes became red and irritated. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
