Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the high quality of the products, noting that the lenses look very natural and feel extremely soft and comfortable during daily wear. Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues.
Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. However, a small group of reviewers also noted that certain lens colors looked different in person or did not fit their eyes comfortably.
Everything was great. I ordered 4 pairs and one color was not fit for me and I done the change for another color and that also went great. Lens are perfect and pleasant. For all recommendation.

Excellent customer service! My package had an address issue, but the team was very responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. They even arranged a replacement shipment while helping me resolve the original delivery. Everything worked out in the end, and I’m very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Just4Kira enough! I ran into a minor issue and reached out to their support team. Their attention to my problem was amazing, and they resolved it incredibly fast. It is rare to find such caring and efficient service these days. I am so thankful and happy with my entire experience. Thank you, Just4Kira!

terrible customer service, and the qualities isn’t the best
I love the color of the lenses, but they were supposed to be yearly lenses and one of them is too unrealistic. It looks like I’m wearing something for Halloween. The other one was perfect, but it has these tiny ripples around his edge and it caused a lot of discomfort in my eye and it scratches my eyes so I’m not wearing it anymore, so it’s not the best quality I got them for a yearly and they’re like this after four months, I’ve contacted the customer service countless time, but nobody has answered to answer yet I was kind of disappointed because everybody kept saying that they were great lenses and I tried them for the first time so I was really disappointed

I had a missing order and was quite upset about it and emailed Aubrey the email for the company I think and they were extremely helpful not only helping me with the issue but also continuously checking in to see if I’ve received unlike other company’s where they send an email and just ignore you after extremely helpful and would 100% buy the product again contacts r such a pretty colour and feel great on

Excellent service and speed ⚡️ I really liked the lenses here. I bought a few from here last year, but this year I couldn't order from my country due to customs issues. I couldn't find better lenses than Just4kira's in Türkiye, and I continued using them even though my current lenses had expired. Since they are banned from sale in my own country, I ordered them to a friend's country. They needed to arrive quickly, and when I told them this, they expedited my order; they arrived from China to the Netherlands in just 8 days – super fast! You won't find lenses with more beautiful colors than these, and if you only knew how happy you made me with what you did, the lenses are my biggest part 🤍
