评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the high quality of the products, noting that the lenses look very natural and feel extremely soft and comfortable during daily wear. Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues. Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. However, a small group of reviewers also noted that certain lens colors looked different in person or did not fit their eyes comfortably.

Took a long time for delivery
Took a long time for delivery, but happy with the product overall!
The lenses are perfetct
The lenses are comfortable, natural in color, with a small pupil hole. I am very satisfied. Shipping is a bit slow, but it was worth it.
Beautiful contacts, slow shipping
Beautiful contacts and decent communication, however shipping updates unclear and took over 5 weeks to get to Alaska, which isn't wholly unusual for international shipments but still on the longer side of wait times.

One of the most natural contact lenses I’ve ever seen! It covers my brown eyes beautifully. But I’ve to say that my right contact already ripped after wearing it the third time. Also they don’t feel comfortable anymore why I won’t continue wearing them. Only been able to wear it 3 times.

The order took forever to get to me and it went to the post office not courier company so it took even longer than expected.
Good contacts with beautiful colors
Good contacts with beautiful colors. Shipping does take quite a while so be prepared to wait almost a month for them to arrive. But they are good and very pretty at a very good price so worth while just prepare a head of time so you do not run out
Satisfied returning customer
Well this isn't my first time ordering contacts from this company and obviously because I'm a returning customer they must be doing something right. The colors of the contacts are so natural looking well most of them are and they always get my prescription right also it is very comfortable to wear them so I will continue to purchase my contacts from this company because so far they have not disappointed me.
Not what I viewed
I'm giving 4 stars because I did not recieve them the 1st time but when I contacted the j4k they responded quickly and replaced them. The contacts were nice but not the light blue as shown its a much darker blue. Although a lil disappointing I will still research bc the contacts were actually comfortable 🙃 thank u j4k great customer service.

I was disappointed that some of the lenses didn’t look the same as they did in the photos. A few of them seemed very fake and not suitable for a daily look. I ordered four lenses, and three of them didn’t match the pictures at all. On the positive side, the delivery was fast, and I appreciated the frequent email updates about my order
