It took about a month for my order to ship. Once my package reached the US, it made it to me within a week. I did order prescription contacts, so that may have been a factor. However, one set (one-day wear) arrived in the wrong color. I ordered purple and what I received were a brown/gray color. Their customer service has been slow & archaic at best. Using the "chat" on their website is the only way to contact customer service currently. So I used that and instead of being connected to a person, I had to talk to a bot that repeated the same script every time I sent a message. I left my complaint and attached pictures (that I'm assuming weren't looked at.) About six hours later, I finally received a response from customer support via email, where they suggested that I must have selected the wrong color when I ordered. I sent a response and attached the pictures I'd already sent them and am currently awaiting a reply.
These contacts look like Halloween. Reviews on youtube describe them as beigey gray and very natural. There are more like a milky gray on my brown eyes. They are far from natural looking. The pupil hole is OK but it looks like a big bug eye and like my eyes are going to pop out of the socket. Green is my favorite choice but I didn't get grace green as too many people said they were really bright and did not look natural and might scare someone. Maybe the hazel would not be as harsh as these. I think Just4kira is a good company and trying their best to do what others cannot seem to do and that is get the pupil hole right for small pupils. I will say some hazel and olive green contacts at other companies are really great on color but the pupil hole still needs work like Olens. They make really natural looking contacts but the pupil hole is still too big...and it is just slightly. Their Spanish Real Olive and Scandi in Olive are very beautiful natural colors on brown eyes but the pupil hole is slightly off for small pupils. If you have large pupils I think they would be great. Perhaps I should have ordered Hazel or Brown with Just4kira and maybe they would have looked more natural. I just don't want to throw another 23.00 dollars to get scary contacts delivered. I wanted it to be great as I would have ordered more from them. Delivery took like 20 days which I thought was odd because the label said they came from New Jersey not China. I don't mind waiting for contacts that I was so hopeful would look natural but these are a big disappointment! I think I scared myself when I put them on! They might look good on blue eyes. As far as the company they are very professional and keep you updated on product delivery. There I give them a 5 star.
The lenses are good quality and very realistic. I ordered Color neala green. Super happy with it, but the shipping is very slow it took one month to ship to Norway. But it was worth the wait🫶🏼
The contact lenses looked natural and were comfortable. But recently these contacts made my eye turn red, my vision got blurry and burning sensation in my eyes even after I removed the contacts. I've been wearing contact lenses for almost 5 years and never experienced something like this before.
Ordered the alpha green lenses because i was hyped from the videos. the lenses looked super natural and the colour was realistic in the clips. i waited 2 weeks for delivery to austria what is very fast and a plus point. In general the colour of the alpha green is horrible, 2 bright and looks more like a halloween joke. Maybe lenses for a Vampire cosplay but never for daily use because u see clearly that its not natural. One of the worst lenses i have ever buyed. Dont let yourself be fooled by the clips what u see on social media and be warned.
Just so people are aware when you post a bad review of their product they will NOT post it!! I wrote a 2 star review on the gem grey contacts stating that they look bug eyed and that the pupil hole needed to be blended and they never posted it. I wrote the review 2xs! So in case you are wondering why there are so many great reviews of their contacts now you know why.
They took really long to arrive. And when I put them on I looked possessed. I ordered a popular green lens. It looked practically yellow with a black/blue frame. I am so upset. I threw them out instantly.
The colors are awesome but the prescription are not right. They are weaker. That sucks! It changed my vision ☹️

After I was able to track down my order from my postal service I tried on the citha contacts which fit me beautifully, but the aurora blue contacts are pretty blurry for me to wear unfortunate it started giving me a headache.Both colors are absolutely beautiful though!
The colour is beautiful however they are thicker contacts than other contacts, get dry and easily fall out of my eye….
Lenses are beautiful and very comfortable. I purchased 2 pairs different shades. I only gave 4 stars since the Only issue I had was that one of the lenses had a small crack which felt very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was good. I will definitely purchase them again.
