Exceptionally Well-Planned, Friendly & Hassle-Free Travel Experience
We recently booked a private tour to Zhangjiajie and Beijing through Justchina Tour travel, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable trips. Right from the beginning, everything was delivered exactly as committed in the itinerary, no hidden surprises, no rush in sightseeing and definitely no time wasted on commercial attractions.
The agency truly prioritised our personal comfort, safety and interests. They skillfully adjusted our sightseeing schedule to accommodate some of our own personal planned activities, ensuring that we didn’t miss out any major attractions. Their experience and thoughtful recommendations made the experience feel truly customised. It was clear they cared more about our experience than just sticking to a plan.
What truly stood out was their willingness to go extra mile even helping us with cargo shifting arrangements outside of the official tour program. That level of support and friendliness made us feel more like guests than just clients.
All of this was done within our budget without compromising quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency to anyone looking for a genuine, smooth and well organised travel experience in China.

Thank you so much for your acknowledgement of our service. It was our great pleasure to show the best of China to guests from outside China. Not just sightseeing of famous attractions. but better understanding of people, and culture. We will be always ready at the service. Leo from JustChinaTours
A Seamless, Heartfelt Journey with a Truly Genuine Travel Partner
We had a wonderful family trip to Zhangjiajie, Beijing, and Shanghai, thoughtfully arranged by a travel agent Mr Leo from Justchina Tour who truly lives by the motto: “You name it, we will have it.” Our group included four adults over 50 and two in their early 20s, and the entire itinerary was crafted to suit everyone’s comfort and interest. From start to finish, the agent was approachable, responsive even during late hours, and focused purely on creating meaningful travel experiences with absolutely no commercial mindset. We enjoyed a unique, crowd free view of the Great Wall and a breathtaking visit to Tianzi Mountain, both from angles that most standard tours don’t cover. The trip was centered on rich sightseeing, not shopping stops, which we truly appreciated.
Despite being in a country with a different language and culture, everything was so well-organized that we never felt out of place. The agent even went the extra mile to help us celebrate our daughter’s graduation in Shanghai by arranging a surprise bouquet, cake, and party poppers a truly heartwarming gesture. When one of the hotel rooms in Beijing felt too small, he swiftly arranged a more spacious alternative without any hassle.
The trip was smooth, stress-free, and filled with personal touches that made it unforgettable. We highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking an honest, caring, and detail-oriented travel partner

Thank you very much, and we will always keep our standard and deliver an authentic China travel.
Thank you JustChinaTours for bringing us such a wonderful trip！
Overall, our tour with JustChinaTours was exceptional, proving them to be a reliable and trustworthy agency. They met us promptly upon our arrival in Beijing, setting a positive tone for the entire journey.
We chose this 16-day tour, which coincided with China's October 1st National holiday. Although most of the highlighted sites were very crowded, JustChinaTours warned us beforehand and managed the situation well.
The Yangtze River cruise was very relaxing, and the staff on the cruise were all very friendly and attentive. Our time in Beijing and Xi'an were particularly enjoyable highlights of the trip. Tour guides in every city spoke good English and were knowledgeable. Rita Wang in Xi'an impressed us with her helpfulness and extensive knowledge.
I extend my sincere gratitude to JustChinaTours, especially our consultant Ms. Zoe Zhang, for arranging such a memorable tour for my group. Their expertise and attention to detail made our China adventure truly unforgettable.
