Like many others have said...if I could leave zero stars I would. The quality to the items shipped was abysmal. So bad no-one would actually want to wear these items. They took a really long time to arrive and I don't know if I ever received them all. Never again!

If I could provide a zero or negative score that would be more fitting. Order placed 11/19/2024 for 5 items. Tracking showed label created 11/29/2024 and remained in Illinois until 12/18/2024, delivered 12/20/2024. Missing 3 out of 5 items. Filed a disputed with PayPal after reaching out to seller 12/10/2024, PayPal wanted a report from FBI, State Police, local police, Or other reputable bureau. I thought that was a bit much! Reached out to seller again for refund on 3 missing items, and was provided the same tracking number saying items were delivered. Total of $111.97 unreceived items. DO NOT BUY FROM JUST VIGORS! Also known as Philo Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Very disappointed with this website. The pictures DO NOT represent the true item. Sizing is way off. Too small and the quality is poor. Not worth what I paid for it. Returns cost a fortune since it’s going back to China, we’ll see if I really get compensated as they claim. Still waiting on one item, what a waste. Don’t waste your money on this place.
Have not received my order. Unable to email customer service. Lost over 80$. Guess I have learned a lesson.
You will not receive what is pictured and you will not receive it timely. Coming from China. If you want a refund be prepared to spend money to get a refund. What they send may resemble what is pictured, however, you will receive a cheap knockoff. Do not use them at all!

I ordered a Grinch blouse size small, accorfding to your size chart. It is to small, probably need a medium or large.I hrew all of the info away, so no address or any info, relating to the blouse. Oh well, it will not be the first time I have been taken advantage of and lost money. The blouse was beautiful.
Don’t order unless you want terrible customer service or you like to wait a long time to receive your order. I’m at 2 weeks and still waiting for the tracking number to be able to be tracked through USPS. I was told by JustVigors to be patient. Nothing more. Not polite or professional at all. I then requested to cancel my order since it had not been shipped yet and they waited until later that evening to give me a fake tracking number stating it shipped. Order at your own risk!
I’m beginning to think this is a scam along with the other reviews. I should have read them first! Order is sitting in the same place for two weeks!!
3 of the 4 items I ordered on November 12th have not even left the state of IL yet according to tracking information (that is likely fake). The other says it has never left Fairfield NJ. More interesting is that teir facebook page says they are located in TX. How is it my stuff was never in TX? I filed a dispute with Paypal. The company is in China (not Texas). Hoping to at least save others from ordering from them.
I ordered shirts for some upcoming parties, order is supposedly sitting in the same spot for 10 days awaiting to be received by USPS. I have asked for a refund and continue to get the run around
Order placed but never received. The tracking number they provided is incorrect. I have sent several messages without a reply. Company states they are located in El Paso but they are not.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a SCAM! Take your money, but never send product!! WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EITHER!!! Will tell you it’s their shipping company. Absolutely ridiculous! Places order on the cutest items for Thanksgiving. We are half way to Christmas and I haven't received any of my order for either holiday. Have repeatedly emailed and excuses of why it hasn't even shipped. They had NO problems charging my card on item I still have not received!
Complete scam! Do NOT use. Ordered and clothes did not arrive. Contact company through email and they tell me it is a shipping problem. Not given a date package would arrive. It has been 20+ days and no package or even tracking.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Take your money and don't send the items ordered. When I finally got a tracking number it shows it was only a label being created. The items were never shipped. And they have blocked all comments on their Facebook so you can't warn other potential customers!!! SCAMMERS!!!
I ordered 1 shirt, was charged for 2, AND when I contacted them by text through their customer service noticing on my bank account I was charged for 2, they told me I had placed 4 orders with them. I DID NOT. Haven’t received any merchandise as yet, AND if I should, I’ll be VERY surprised. Thinking I’ve been scammed too.
Do NOt purchase. Returns are impossible and the items are cheap knockoffs from the pictures. Hand stitched, no tag, Chinese return address.
Ordered over $100 worth of clothing from here. It was as though it was made from napkins. Extremely thin, cheap, see through. I messaged them to return it They told me to declare less money on my customs paperwork than what I paid for it. That was almost 2 months ago. It is still being held in customs. I never received any money back and I'm out the amount of money I paid out of pocket to ship it back to China. Hope this saves the next person a headache and money since I think I'm screwed
