Quality of clothing not worth the prices. Refund policy is not honored. Customer service response via email is poor. Have had 3 email exchanges where they promised to refund me only $30 of a $69.95 order. Never received the $30 credit and they have stopped responding to my inquiries.
I've received nothing. They won't respond anymore!!!! I was told that items I ordered were no longer available. Thieves... nothing worse to be scammed out of your hard earned money.
Wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. I placed an order for $146 using PayPal. I then did a little research about the complany and realized this was a poor purchase on my part. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel my order. This was within 2 hours of placing the order. They responded, but only to assure me they were a ligitimate business and would ship my order. I emailed four times and got the similar responses. They refused to cancel my order. I finally went through PayPal to resolve the issue. They refunded me within 12 hours of making the request. I do not recommend using this company.
Can I give a 0? This is the most deceptive website I've ever ordered from. 1. It took too long. 2. The item was cheaply made, and looked nothing like the photo. I can't upload a photo and didn't get an answer when I asked how to upload
Horrible. Poorly sized and then lie after lie abut sending a return voucher and they didn't need the clothes back!!! One item out of stock and no refund.
This place is awful on return policy. Please don't buy for this overseas retailer. If you need a refund you have to pay to ship it back to China. They don't refund or exchange without charging you more. It is such a scan!!!
Terrible. Received two of three items I ordered. Trying to return the two items received and can’t get an address or phone number! I paid over $100 for three items and now I’m not sure what to do!
Items have still not been received and I placed order on 2/12. Those posed themselves as a local store in TX with great (fake) pictures so I took the bait hook line and sinker. :( My fault I should have read reviews before placing the order. It seems these chinese companies are continuing to appear as US stores to get our money and until we are smarter about online shopping, myself included, they will continue to steal our money. Extremely dissatisfied. I've reach out to them after I had to hunt down contact information and even though they replied to my emails their response was "check with your post office". Would give a minus 10 score if I could!
I can not get an answer to get a label to return something. I have tried for 3 days. You only have 15 days to return. No phone # to call. They say they will answer in 24 hours.
I ordered four sweatshirts $136 and something have not still received my package it says it's been lost but they won't refund my money they won't even return my emails that's the only way you can send them or get in contact with them but you can't even get contact with them return my emails that's the only way you can send them or get in contact with them but you can't even get contact with them by email either I have yet to receive my money or my package

I ordered January 29, 2025 3 items for Valentine's Day. Shame on me for not reading the reviews first b/c nothing is here on Valentine's Day & I see allegedly they may have *just shipped from China today. They portray themselves as this American cowboy company. I assumed it wouldn't be a long time if it was a US company. *Now I'm not only prepared to not receive these items but if I do, they will be cheaply made & not true to size. They don't communicate w/ me. I've emailed 2x. Their ship info is conflicting. I paid extra for expedited shipping which was probably a waste. UGH! ZERO STARS. DON'T DO IT.
I have to take the blame for not reading more about this China based company. I'd love to hire the photographer who shot the website photos. That's one talented person cause he made low quality clothes look stunning online. The clothes are not true to size and don't look anything like what I ordered. When I asked about returns/refund I was told it wasn't economical for them to provide return labels. I would need to package and complete the custom paperwork to return to China. Do not recommend this company.If there was a way to give less than one star I would.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I WOULD NOT order from this company, unless you want to waste money. I placed two orders totaling over $250 and I received one item and they are trying to say I received everything. They aren’t willing to do anything to make it right so I’m hoping my credit card can do something.
Do not order from JustVigors!!! Counterfeit clothing. Their pictures on the web page may look good, but you do not receive what is pictured or described. The material is cheaply made, and with checm8cal odors. The sweatshirts are NOT real sweatshirts but the material is so cheap you can slide am egg on it. It's itchy and poorly made. There's NO LABELS 8nside their clothing, which identifies it as COUNTERFEIT !!! Also no size labels sp you can't match what you ordered. Oh and did I mention they're nased in CHINA? They don't pay for returns and the cost of shipping g back to China costs more than the item they're selling. This is an international scam!

I ordered a shirt for Christmas - it came in a little late. You need to read the fabric content. The pictures definitely make the fabric look different, but the blouse I got was cute and looked like the picture. READ the FABRIC CONTENT - The blouses are made with fabric that is noted. I have an order in now - just over two weeks and it appears it is scheduled to be delivered to the local post office. We shall see. I found the blouse I got to be of the quality I expected for the price. I will write another review when I receive the items I ordered.
If there is -0, l woud give them. I didn't receive anything. They charged me $192 . No respond, l am sending messages over and over with my all information and receiving same message give us your information. They are SCAM. I am so upset, l was alvays very careful but this time l made big mistake to pay . I am going to dispute now and that is also other deal to deal. I am going to lost this company all over to let people know. I am very MAD.
I would prefer to give them a negative rating they don’t deserve even one star!! Like others waited forever to finally receive the items and when I did I was highly disappointed!!! I ordered so-called sweatshirts and when I got them they were slick polyester like material and see-through!!! I was expecting sweatshirts made of true sweatshirt material with fleece!!! Shame on them!!! They shouldn’t be allowed to sell items in the US ever!!!!
Ugh! I should have checked reviews first! Same experience as others. Weeks delay in receiving 3 items. Two looked exactly like items I saw on a high end ladies store site, but half the price. The shirts were too small, supposed to be tunic length but were NOT. Sizing is way off. Two of the shirts were supposed to be the same item only different color. When received, one was flannel, other was a thin cotton. Mad at myself for being suckered.
