用户怎么说
I recently purchased an item from Kewusama
I recently purchased an item from kewusama.com and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The product arrived exactly as described and was well worth the price. The quality is exceptional and it meets all my expectations. I appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service provided throughout the process. I highly recommend kewusmna.com for their reliable and trustworthy service.
Is very good but could improve
The case and material are pretty good, the strap has excellent quality. But the screws are too fragile, breaks easily or get stuck in the case
Give this a 3 star
Give this a 3 star. It feels/looks great and good quality. Only issue I have is that the pin that connects the strap to the buckle comes out very easily when trying to put the watch on. I'm also not a huge fan of the buckle design, very awkward putting the watch on but that could just be me
Great watch strap but bad after sale service
I like the design and quality. But what I don’t like is difficult assembly and there is no physical store to help and offer repairs. Especially at this price range, you guys should have one. My strap have two screws broken and struck inside, but sadly no one can help.
Paint came off from the watch cover
Paint came off from the watch cover, quick lock is not working properly.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, had some issues with some screws, and they kindly sent replacements and a special screw driver without any charge. I’ve had it for a month now and the quality is good, no scratches or signs of wear. Victor

Really happy with the Apple Watch case
Really happy with the Apple Watch case. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. The rubber cover for the watch didn’t work so good but a minor issue overall. Customer service was great. A buckle was missed when shipping and they very quickly fixed the problem. I will be buying another case.
