I bought a set from this store and it's just awful! Doesn't look even close to the description and the size was wrong too. Fabric all crumpled, bad packaging. I paid $50 for this and now I can't return it because they require me to pay return shipping which is over $100! I sent an email asking for a solution and they just tell me to pay the shipping to return it (that is, they are suggesting that I have a loss of twice the amount). I've sent several emails trying to find a solution, so I can return it, but the only thing they say is that I need to pay shipping. They have no respect for customers.

WORST EVER, received the shipment finally after almost a month in Switzerland and they stuffed 5 dresses in a tiny bag so the bag was completely RIPPED upon arrival and the dresser were falling out the package. When I complained they barely gave me an answer, only when pushing via Instagram I finally got a reply after 3 weeks!!! first they did not want to give me the return address for refund 'because you got the clothes right so what is the issue' and now I can finally ship them back to their warehouse in China HOWEVER I need to pay for the return shipment myself ??? So I am basically LOSING MONEY on a poor shipment and poor quality clothing... COMPLETE RIP OFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! will never ever order again!!!
