A Disappointing Experience
My recent experience with this SSD company has been unsatisfactory. Despite ordering a specific capacity, the received SSD had significantly less storage. Attempts to address the issue with customer service were met with slow response times and unhelpful assistance, and my request for a refund has been ignored. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and explore alternative options!
