Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so happy that your pup loves the food. For your own piece of mind, I can tell you that this order was shipped through OnTrac. OnTrac does not use Amazon for last mile delivery, they do all of their own delivering. Amazon has been known to use OnTrac for their last mile delivery in some markets. This may have been why you saw amazon boxes or logos as part of the delivery process. I hope this makes you feel better about our service. Please reach out to our support email if you have any further questions. Thank you!!

Thanks so much for the honest feedback! We're glad your dogs are enjoying it and eating their dry food better. Coat results can take 6-8 weeks to show since it follows the hair growth cycle, so if you're not quite there yet, feel free to reach out to us directly — we'd love to help you see better results.
