the skirt i bought arrived as it looks in the picture, but quality wasn’t great. more of a plastic type of material rather than fabric.
Dear,Can you tell me your order number? We hope can serve you better and live up to your trust in Kistania, so that you can feel our sincerity. Looking forward for your reply, I'm glad to assist you further. Many thanks, Kistania
The trousers ordered are very different to those pictured on the website. They are a cheap nylon type fabric with black ribbons for detail rather than the pictures distressed denim type ribbons. Return postage from UK to North America greatly cancels out the cost of the item. Kistania issued a full refund for the item with no need to return. All other items ordered were as expected.
hi, first of all, we are very sorry for your dissatisfaction. Can you provide us with the email address on your order? We check the order and negotiate a refund for you
My dress looks like the picture and I'm really happy with it, already ordered another. Good quality material too
Oh, thank you very much for your recognition, which is very important for our brand's growth. I look forward to providing you with high-quality and fashionable clothes again next time.
