I got shoes from here recently and after them arriving a few weeks late, they only lasted a few weeks. I tried emailing calling messaging and ig dmed them and they did not respond to any of them. I am so pissed off right now I would give it a 0 review if I could

There's some really cool stuff but the thing is that I can't enter my address without it autocorrecting to woodland acres and it's supposed to be Jacksonville any ideas how to fix this?
Kistania 回复2022-03-22

I have a pretty "unique" clothing style, and I gotta say, Kistania has been aesthetically pleasing to me! When I had an issue sending an item back, they immediately helped me figure something out and have been suuuper kind to me. The shipping also didn't take as long as most other website- I am very pleased!

Kistania is one of the most well-made, affordable clothing brands I have ever come across. It is definitely my go-to when shopping for alternative clothing and the quality of each item is made to perfection! Their sweatshirts are extremely comfortable for everyday wear and the shipping times are incredibly quick. I highly recommend Kistania for anybody who is interested in finding some really cute alternative, goth, and punk clothing!

I ordered a few things from Kistania and when I was not fully satisfied with the items I received Kistania took care to politely and respectfully respond and they took care of me. I preferred to go with a different pair of boots and they kindly obliged. I would definitely recommend Kistania for all your gothy needs. 🖤 Much love. Blessed be. 🖤

I ordered a necklace from this company, and was shown the necklace would be 50% off. When I got to checkout it was the same cost, minus the 5% coupon I used. I reached out to customer service and was told that the necklace was not 50% off, it was clearly stated in the “50% off” section due to the holidays. The “50% off” section is why I even gave this site a second look. I was disappointed with customer service sending me one liner emails, stating that I was wrong. I was advised of one price before check out, and then advised of the “real” price at checkout. I sent screen shots of the price difference, but was still told that I was wrong. I bought the darn necklace because my daughter has been begging for one, but I will never buy from this company again. The customer service just sucks.

Kistania has very cool products. Only issue I had was with my shipping address being entered in correctly and there being issue with getting the package rerouted. Got it eventually though and I love the shoes.

Package never arrived. Got an email from customer service saying it was delivered. Even tho on the tracking they provided it shows not delivered. I have gotten no help and no replacement package. Unprofessional service. Would not recommend

I ordered something 2 months ago and the package was determined to be lost by the courrior company, even after getting proof from the courrior myself (isn't that was customer service is supposed to do?) To show them the package has been lost and needs to be replaced or refunded. They resent the package, minus 1 item that was no longer in stock. She said she would refund me for it, but refunded me some random amount instead of what I paid for for that item I did not receive. Customer service is a joke, we sent over 15 emails back and forth trying to straighten this out and she says things like "well, we can't conform the package is lost (even tho I personally gave them proof it was lost), but since it's your first time to our site we will replace the package :)" as if I personally am the reason the package is lost and that them replacing it is something nice to do and not just fair business. The clothes I did receive were pretty low quality so I'm entirely dissatisfied with my entire experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I would tell people to avoid this company all together, save time, money, and stress of dealing with people who don't know how to run a business. I've gotten better quality clothes of Shien for a quarter of the price. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST SHOPPING WITH KISTANIA!!!!!!!

Dear，I'm sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience.
The first time we shipped for you. The logistics resulted the itmes in lost , we are sorry for our choice of logistics.
The second time we sent you a replacement package. One of the clothes off the shelf has been refunded for you.(According our refund policy, the discount amount is not among the refund amount) But,before the refund didn't reconfirm the refund amount and details with you in time, which led to your doubts and misunderstandings. This is a mistake of our work. We are so sorry for making you feel unhappy.
Thank you for your ordering from Kistania.com and the feedback. We hope to serve you better in the future with your testimony. If you have any questions in the future, please feel free to contact us.
Thanks for your understanding
