I ordered a necklace from this company
I ordered a necklace from this company, and was shown the necklace would be 50% off. When I got to checkout it was the same cost, minus the 5% coupon I used. I reached out to customer service and was told that the necklace was not 50% off, it was clearly stated in the “50% off” section due to the holidays. The “50% off” section is why I even gave this site a second look. I was disappointed with customer service sending me one liner emails, stating that I was wrong. I was advised of one price before check out, and then advised of the “real” price at checkout. I sent screen shots of the price difference, but was still told that I was wrong. I bought the darn necklace because my daughter has been begging for one, but I will never buy from this company again. The customer service just sucks.
