Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall because the products failed to match expectations. Customers frequently complained that the items received were made of cheap fabric with printed patterns rather than the thick knitted garments advertised in the website photos. Many people also pointed out that the clothing sizing runs extremely small and the delivered materials feel entirely disappointing.
Though some customers appreciated the attractive clothing styles, vibrant colors, and reasonable prices available on the site. A few shoppers also mentioned that browsing the online product selection and completing their initial purchases was a straightforward process overall.
We( my brother and I) will NOT be purchasing ANY other items from kittwst. I ordered 1 LINEN EMBROIDERED skull T shirt. It was NOT LINEN! It was a cheap really thin, flimsy material, which I'm surprised didn't melt when they screen printed it! I am outraged! 1 short sleeve hoodie that was supposed to have a wolf on the front. Again, the same flimsy material. With the wolf screen printed ON THE BACK! This company does not care the description of their products is an outright LIE. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET!
If I could give this negative stars I would. I wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing, it would have saved me some headaches. I fell in love with the pics of the products, boy was I surprised when they arrived. I filed a claim with PayPal and sent pics from website vs what I got and stated they were “counterfeit.” Save your money, but the same products from Temu!
Item sweater never arrived. Only way to contact them was by email. I wrote them and got back a form statement to say it was delivered and to check my neighbors and mail carrier. I did no help. I went to post office and they told me there was no ever USPS code made to track. And Kittwst blocks access to all shipping records. SCAM. After first email they don’t answer emails
If I could give a zero for the review, I would. Items are shown & described as sweaters. I bought two thinking Christmas was coming up. What I received was printed designs on synthetic fabric instead of knitted. They should have just sent me printed paper. These will not keep anyone warm.
DO NOT order from this site!!!
My husband ordered a"knitted sweater" for himself. However before we received it, we ordered 4 different ones for our boys. We received the 4 for the boys. TOTAL CRAP!
Never did receive the first one ordered. $300 to a bunch of SELFLESS SCAMMERS!!!
Sent a message to get a refund, surprise surprise..NO RESPONSE.
This is a complete crap show. It is not the product shown. It is not woven as it showed in the pictures. It is absolute junk from china. It’s cheap jersey material with the image printed on the clothes. So not what you are paying for. Absolute waste of time and money.
The pictures are nothing like you get. The material is super scratchy and is not like pictured. Super thin and the men's pants are horrible. Do not order from this company. There is no way of getting a return. I tried to log in to my account. Says my account does not exist. NO phone number. $125 down the drain.
The website is an absolute scam, save your money and buy elsewhere. The item I received was nowhere near what was advertised and was not even the right color
**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE**
The products advertised are knitwear and high quality garments. What you receive is a very low quality print on a thin polyester item.
Cancellation of orders gets ignored and refunds not given. Should you have ordered from this site contact your bank immediately to cancel transaction, as KITTWST will not.
BUYER BEWARE - Absolute scam. As many have stated, the website images are likely AI. What you receive is nothing like what was advertised. Flimsy fabric, screen printed in some vague representation of the website image. The sizing tells the story as well. I'm average size, so I ordered a large hoodie for comfort. What I received was little more than a fitted T-shirt with a zipper and arms way too short - completely useless. Once they get your money, your emails for a refund or return go into the internet blackhole.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE ORDERING!
Then, they will not return your emails. They will not cancel orders. They will not allow you to post on their pages. This will probably be delayed before anyone else reads it. If you do order, use your credit card so you can dispute it. And keep lots of pictures.
The company claims to be from Iceland but I believe they are actually from China as my items were shipped from there, based on the shipment tracking.
Like everyone else, my ordered shirts turned out to be cheap polyesters with the patterns printed on them, instead of being hand-sewn. Looks to be of poor quality.
Do not buy from them.
This whole site seems to be a scam. The photos show knitted garments that look high quality. What arrives is cheap fabric with a poor print that looks vaguely like the pattern that was supposed to be knitted. The website implies that this company is based in Iceland and was founded by Women who knit Icelandic sweaters. Goods actually come from China. This is fraud. They are deplorable quality artificial fibre of the poorest kind and nowhere near worth the prices charged even with discount. AND beware the returns policy, which does not pay for the return.
I ordered 3 x beautifully KNITTED Viking hoody-jerseys from them. What arrived were 3 x image printed on fabric hoodies, not a bit of knitting in sight - and at least two sizes too small. I emailed them giving them the option of a refund or speedy replacement with the correct products, stated that they have 24 hours to get back to me. 48 hours and counting later there has been no word from them. Yet their false ad is still on Facebook.
So angry. No return, no response and no refund for sure!
So angry. No return, no response and no refund for sure!
They just barefaced take your money and send you the craps!
Government should find the way to ban this kind of crime.
