My daughter lovers her backpack! It's exactly how it appears on the site, and the quality seems to be great! I had emailed them to check on shipping status, and they responded quickly with detailed and accurate information.
Took a long time to get any updated tracking info. Bag did show up in good condition a little over two weeks after I ordered it. It is advertised as a middle school bag but way too small even for late elementary school. The water bottle holders do not hold standard size elementary school water bottles. When I tried to return the bag I was told I would have to cover the cost of shipping to China along with $4.95 which is almost the entire cost of the bag. DO NOT BUY.
The bag was fairly high quality and the customer service was excellent.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are based in CHINA and I have NOT received my item and they refuse to refund my $50. They say its "On the way" and "Be patient". It is 3 weeks and still undelivered even though they said it would arrive in 3 days. They are not to be trusted. So disappointed in this company. Why have the US logo on their website if they are based in CHINA.
I give this company 5 stars based on their customer service. I purchased a backpack that my daughter loved and we changed our mind because we couldn’t find a matching lunchbox. When I contacted customer service, they immediately returned the funds and made it right. I will look through for a future purchase just based on great customer service.
The backpack I ordered were missing an item and quality of bag wasn’t to my standards. Once I emailed kkbags they immediately responded back. We came to an agreement. Another backpack was sent. I am very happy with the 2nd backpack and so was my granddaughter. Very courteous and professional.
Clear communication; sent another bag out rush to make up for the (seemingly common) snags at LA customs. My rating had been a lot less stars over the last month, but in the end they did me right. Thank you!
We ordered a backpack and love the product. Thought there were some shipping issues due to the product getting stuck due to local inspections, KK was very professional and communicative in what was happening. I highly recommend this company; they have good quality, responsive to e-mails within a few hours and professional.
Had a quality issue with a bag due to a missed stitch. Emailed the company, and they sent a replacement and made it right. Good customer service.
Update to my previous review. The company was very responsive and we opted to refund our money and forgo the backpack since school had started weeks ago and we ended up busying something in our city. We received the refund like they said they would. We may try again another year as my daughter likes the design of this backpack but will pay extra close to the address and order well in advance. I gave them an extra star as well because they did provide great customer service.
I ordered the bag online and used PayPal. Waited almost a month and emailed asking about the backpack. They were responsive to my emails and sent me a tracking number. It took some time to get through customs in LA, and finally it was to be delivered only to find the shipping address was incorrect. I’m not sure how the address was incorrect as PayPal automates the billing address linked to my bank account, and I’ve used PayPal for over 20 yrs without having this issue once! Anyway, they said they would refund 50% or if I paid another $12 they would resend another bag. Looks like a great bag and gets good reviews but unfortunately I cant prove that I didn’t put in my address incorrectly and didn’t catch it early on. This has been my experience with this company. Responsive but paid $44 and have no bag.
They fixed my concerns. The kids received their backpacks today. I’m going to be honest. I was very angry with shipping but the company did fix all of my concerns. Ordered 8/2 received 8/26. I will give another star because of doing what they said they would.
Kkbags has an extensive selection! Also, once ordered, we received the bags within 10 days. They are great quality and very cute!

I have yet to receive my order. Site said 6 to 20 business days. When I try to track the order it says the same thing over and over with just the date changing. If my granddaughters don't get there bookbags they are going to be so disappointed!!!! The money came out day of the order yet still no bookbags!!!!!
I have emailed this company twice about my order and they have yet to respond. I ordered a backpack for my son and it has been a week and they have yet to ship my order. I tried emailing them twice to find out and estimated date of shipment and no response. Edit: As of 8/7/24 Company has responded to my emails and said they have shipped my item. However I’m still waiting to receive it. I’m hoping to get it by this weekend. If so, I will change my review. Edit: As of 8/13/24 The backpack did not come in time. It was a day later after school started. However, my son LOVED his backpack. The backpack is good quality and waterproof. It has many compartments and the zippers easily open and shut. It does take awhile to ship which was one of my frustration but overall the backpack was worth the wait. 😍
I'm not the one using it but I just want to compliment how functional and perfect this bag is for everyday use. It has a lot of compartments and pockets and the strap is very soft so there won't be a problem no matter the weight you're carrying.
