The bag that I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me to let me know, with recommendations based on what was originally picked. We emailed back and forth and I needed up going with the bag they recommended. And then when I inquired about the eta of the bag, they got back to me immediately with shipping updates, and then sent me an email verifying delivery once it said it had been delivered. They were great! Very responsive and knowledgeable.
The backpack has plenty of room and is well made. My daughters love it!

The bag was just as pictured and described-very cute! The shipping was also fast, and when I reached out, they sent me a tracking number. I was also accidentally charged twice for the same purchase so I sent them an email-they responded within a couple hours and issued a refund immediately. I would recommend and purchase from them again
Says you can return but unless you want to ship your backpack all the way back to China, no you cannot return items. Also these backpacks are sold for less than half the price on Amazon! Do not be fooled by this company like I was. Cannot believe the poor quality bag I received for the price I paid.

While ordering the back pack I got a fraud alert , few days later money was taken outa my acct fraudulently, had to cancel cards never again , still waiting on over 200$ to be put bk in my acct , they used my acct 4 diff times in Minnesota
My granddaughter is extremely happy with her pack. When I had not received an update on shipping, I contacted the company. In a few hours, They sent me tracking that updated every few hours. That same day we received the package! I appreciated the quick response to my communication. Thank you!

Ordered two bags for my daughters. One of the zippers malfunctioned and I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and sent a replacement bag which has been awesome. Cute backpack and durable!!
The backpack i ordered for my daughter have some dirt spots when i received it. Contacted the customer care and they send me a new one. Highly recommend KKBAGS. They are awesome and did fantastic with my issue.
I absolutely recommend Kkbags for your bag needs. First of all, my son absolutely loves his backpack! It is unique with all of its pockets and compartments- excellent for keeping organized and great for the student who loves school supplies :). Their customer service was fantastic with me, as well. There was a mix-up in designs, and they got the correct order out to me quickly and easily, making my son’s school year complete! I highly recommend them. Honest people and high-quality bags.
I was late ordering my granddaughter's backpack. Having the perfect backpack means everything to a girl going into the 6th grade to have for the first day of school. I sent an email to customer support explaining that the order form said 3-5 business days and it had been over a week and this was an "emergency" situation. I received an immediate response assuring me the backpack would get there on time for the first day. Not only was it on time, it came 2 days after the email! The backpack is everything she hoped for BUT the customer service is what made this grandma smile. Thank you!
KK Bags had so many options for my little back pack. We received our item promptly as promised. Customer service was also very great.
I can’t answer to the quality of the backpacks because it’s been 19 days since ordering and still haven’t received the backpacks. Last tracking info was from August 14th and no one will respond to my emails. I am willing to wait for the product, it’s the lack of response from the company that is frustrating. Hopefully I didn’t get ripped off

I ordered on August 18th and it said it would ship in 5 business days, 8 days and no tracking, it hasn't been shipped. I emailed the email provided and got a automated response that they would be gone til the 29th!!!! Super irritated! Since it hasn't shipped they can send me a refund!
