The bag that I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me to let me know, with recommendations based on what was originally picked. We emailed back and forth and I needed up going with the bag they recommended. And then when I inquired about the eta of the bag, they got back to me immediately with shipping updates, and then sent me an email verifying delivery once it said it had been delivered. They were great! Very responsive and knowledgeable.
