I believe this was the biggest scam I have ever fallen for. The product did not look even close to the product that was advertised. There were six small pieces per bag. They were not the same size and were not cut into the neatly tempting squares advertised. I received two tiny packets (with 6 bites in each) and paid over $72 AUD for it. I am completely dissatisfied, disappointed and disillusioned. I will never buy from Kloiadka again and will certainly not recommend it to anybody.
The kloiadka products are portrayed to be sold in large bags and boxes containing what appears to be a hundred or more items. However , the actual amount delivered is 100 grams ..less than a quarter pound...and the price is $ 35 , $40 or more. Total deception. Avoid this scam.
Don't be fooled; this fig and walnut bar isn't as advertised. They don't come from California; they come from China. They aren't the size you see advertised; they are 1x1 inch squares and 1/2 inch thick. I ordered a buy-one-get-one deal, and the total in both bags was 10. What a scam. People, this company is intensely dishonest. You have to call China to get any service. Save your money, Please.

Ordered the product on Sept. 27th and received the order 0n October 11th. That is ok but I question now the urgency for getting the order in on rush sale. Like there was excess inventory; hmmmmm! What was surprising is that the order was in Chinese, wrapping, and all information was written in Chinese. So much for a made in USA business...will not order again. Also for say, $50.00 I got 2 pieces of the dried sweet potato, about 4" L x 1.5" W each, wrapped and sealed individually. What a disappointment. I caution all buyers : BEWARE!!
I ordered 3 bags on 9/26/2026 and received them today 10/11/2026. I purchased 3 bags to share with family. The advertisement said they were premium North Carolina dried peeled sweet potato snacks. The packages looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised and what was promised online. I'm very frustrated regarding the surprisingly small bags provided for such excessive price $52.48. I was overcharged The advertisement had me believe they were coming from North Carolina. The email has a link to the website and when you go to the website it does not have any of the snacks they advertised.The only thing on the bags in english is dates like an expiration date and other numbers, everything else is in Chinese. I am sending an email to this company Kloiadka and requesting a full refund.

I ordered the fig bars, I did receive a small box with a label with the tracking number when I ordered. This label had HAZMAT-Surface transportation only. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. The figs and sweet potatoes looked so good.

They don't tell you in the ads how big a bag is. They show a huge bag but then what? A scam, obviously.
Stop lying about your fig and nut snacks (pies). They do not come from a farm in CA. Customers, don't fall for the pictures of large snack bars. What I got was tiny bags with Chinese characters and vacuum sealed tiny bars that do not look like the ones pictured in the ads. Just false advertising.

I ordered two bags on September. I never received any emails stating the order however I saw the charge on my bank statement. I reached out to them several times but every time, they ask for my email address & phone number. After providing it to them, they keep coming back with saying please provide your email address & phone number. I sent them the copy of the charges but they keep going back & forth with asking me for number & email. Finally I got tired of it and just called my bank to dispute the charges. I also looked at their reviews, all negative and most was for misrepresenting the product.
The product doesn’t at all resemble the photos, it tastes awful, the pricing is a total scam, and they don’t respond to return requests. KEEP AWAY!!!
What a scam that company is. These people should be put in jail and the key thrown out. I ordered their fig bars and it's a scam! I paid 77$ dollars abd got 10 tiny pieces that taste like crap. They show 2 big bags in the commercial and they give you a fraction of that, coming from china. It's not from an orchard in california. Why can they still be in business riping people of their money!
