Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers experienced severe issues with the ordered items, receiving extremely small packages instead of the large products shown in online advertisements. People felt that the high prices were completely unjustified for such minimal and poor quality goods.
Some reviewers were not happy with order fulfillment, noting that shipping confirmations were never sent and packages arrived unexpectedly after long delays. Some people also felt that reaching out for customer support or trying to cancel purchases proved extremely frustrating when trying to resolve problems. Consumers frequently expressed concerns regarding the accuracy of product listings.

Do not buy I wanted to try never received my order all I keep getting is an email saying it was delivered, I should have read reviews before I ordered lessen learned
I have never received any order Confirmation.I ordered 9/28/26 and nothing has come yet...difficult to call company as is out of country number. Trying email will post review if that works.
I ordered what appeared to be a significant number of the sweet potatoes. I paid $42 and received three little pieces of sweet potatoes. Yes, you heard that right three little pieces. It wasn’t even equivalent to one whole sweet potato. This is the biggest scam that I have ever been caught in. Do not buy from this company.
If I could give it a zero star I would. I ordered their "Premium California Fig, Walnut & Sesame Superfood Bites, freshly handcrafted and naturally sweet!" They advertise two bags (see pictures!) per order as the freshness is going to go. I paid CND$70.42 for the order - It arrived today... a TINY, TINY!! little box with FOUR (only) individually wrapped (and looking old) figs. OMG - I was had by them. Never, ever, again.
If you had a rating of no stars I would have checked it. I received a small package with 5 very small pieces. I was expecting two decent bags. Perfect example of bait and switch.
If I could give this a -10, I would! You’ve all seen the commercials for the walnut fig Sesame bars… The buy one get one free, showing two large bags, about the size of a 7 pound bag of ice, being unloaded from the boxes that are shipped to you. The Box that arrived at our house was not a 12 x 24 bucks as in the ads but this was actually 20 bars the size of a quarter each in a box that was about a 4”x 8”x 4”… AND the packages had writing on them that was in Chinese!!(or other Asian language)
The return address on this very small box that arrived said Lisa Nott…no invoice with company information. As there was no telephone number on their website, I wrote them in the email they sent to me, confirming my order. They offered me $40 and keep the product. I said my card was charged $66.40 and that’s what I expect to be credited. They were not interested in getting the bars back as they would never give me an address to which I could send the bars. They asked me what would be a fair price to refund me, but they said it could not be over $56.40. So just to make this go away I would accept the $56.40… I hit the submit button to accept the $56.40 and the next response from them was “your $40 will be credited to your account!” I was furious as there was no other recourse… Except I’m so glad charged it to AMEX!! NEVER EVER TRUST KLODIAKA FOR ANYTHING THEY SELL!!! SCAMMERS!!!
I fell for the very misleading tv commercial for fig bars.
It indicated you would get two bags of the treats. I got 4 small individually wrapped about 1 x 2 inches. This is a true scam and its my own fault for not doing the research before ordering
This company is a total SCAM! They claimed my order had delivered but never was and would not refund my payment. Do not purchase anything from them. My credit card company gave me a refund.
I am sooo disappointed. Those fig bars on the website looked so delicious and succulent. I ordered one bag. I received a small bag containing four any thought these were maybe small samplers of the larger, fig bars yet to come. The “samplers” were small and rather dry. Then I looked at the packaging address and saw, Kunming City, China!! At first I wondered how in the world did a Chinese Co. get hold of my email. Then I googled Kloiadka and read similar customer complaints and disappointment. This is a case of deceitful advertising.
They did the same scam like they are doing now with fig bars with dried sweet potatoes. I fell for it but got my money back from the credit card co. If you listen to the ad they actually don't say anything untrue they just try to trick you into thinking they are actual California organic figs. And yes Ca. does have only a 30 day fig harvesting time or whatever they said.
Terrible experience. I paid for two full bags. One of sweet potatoes and one package of fig and walnut bars from California. Instead I received two small packages of something that is suppose to be sweet potato and a fig bar treat from China instead. It was awful. I believe the company is a fraud.
This company has an online ad that shows enormous packages of Fig Walnut bars being happily consumed by people of all ages. In response to a 2-for-1 offer, we ordered $54 worth of product that delivered as 2 bags containing 4 pieces each, weighing 100 grams total. That's $6.75 per piece, each no more than a morsel. This is a total scam ripoff. DO NOT BUY products advertised by this company. The product was nothing like depicted in the online ad, either in quality or quantity.
I spent $50 for two large bags fig bars. I received two tiny bags of 4 bite size figs with Chinese markings all over the bag. Out of concern I trashed them. If i could, I'd attach the photo of the two little bags that easily fit in my mail box.
FIRST, THEY NEVER SHOWED HOW MANY BARS ARE IN THE BAG. SECOND, THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE DECEPTIVE BECAUSE YOU ONLY GET FIVE TINY BARS IN A BAG. THIRD, THEY ARE BITTER, NOTHING SWEET OR FRUITY ABOUT THEM. AND THEY LIED ABOUT BEING MADE IN THE USA.
I GIVE THEM A BIG ZERO FOR QUALITY AND TASTE,
I WILL NEVER ORDER THESE AGAIN EVER!
I saw this commercial on TV where you would order these dried yams that were supposed to be chewy and sweet. It was buy one get one free you were supposed to get 150 in one box for $52. It took forever to get here when it finally did I got two small bags with two yams per bag. They both came in one small box. When I went back to look at my order, it says that the website cannot be found. This is a total scam. I’m gonna do everything I can to get my money back.
What an absoloute crock. This is a scam paid $60 for a box of fig and walnut bars.. received 6 bite size pieces of muck. Tried to contact customer service no response.. thought might aswell try what id bought as id paid for them. Was like eating plastic tasted even worse...this company needs to come off the internet..needs to be banned and more heavily advertised as a Scam.......
Stay away from this company what they will send you is less than 4 to 6 pieces of fig approximately 3.5 oz. Do the math. Their pictures shows larger bags they're very hard to get ahold of, they will give you a coined answer in my opinion this is a fraudulent company and advertisement. Definitely not a US company
