Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers experienced severe issues with the ordered items, receiving extremely small packages instead of the large products shown in online advertisements. People felt that the high prices were completely unjustified for such minimal and poor quality goods. Some reviewers were not happy with order fulfillment, noting that shipping confirmations were never sent and packages arrived unexpectedly after long delays. Some people also felt that reaching out for customer support or trying to cancel purchases proved extremely frustrating when trying to resolve problems. Consumers frequently expressed concerns regarding the accuracy of product listings.

THE TRUTH IS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ALL SOURCED FROM CHINA OR ANOTHER LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS COUNTRY. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SCAMMING TRUSTING AMERICANS
I received a tiny package containing fig bars today. I ordered from an ad on YouTube Supposedly from a farm in Georgia, but in reality shipped from China. Instead of the huge bag full of bars as big as my hand shown in the ad, I received three 1-in cubic bars that looks completely inedible and unsafe to eat And was charged $43 for the privilege. Avoid this company at all cost
They don't even deserve one star their premium california fig,Walnut and sesame seed super bars were a joke for $54. On the website, it showed these decent size bags and decent sized bars, and you were supposed to buy one bag, get one free that was a complete joke. I got 5 bars the size of my thumb ( 1 small bite)in one bag. a total of 10 bars with my free bag. $54. This is nothing but a scam.
So I almost always do my due diligence before falling for an online promo but the Kloiadka promo for natural fig bars was just so inviting! I echo the experience of many others on Trustpilot; I received two bags of six 2inch by 2 inch little squares for $72!!! That amounts to $6 oer square and it is all in Mandarin or Cantonese. These bars are hard as rock and bear no resemblance to the healthy fig bars from California alluded to in the ads. Don't fall for this scam!
They do not respond to the request per email. I requested a return address to send the awful fig and walnut treats back. How on earth does YouTube still advertise this. It need to stop and this Scam company is still making money off the USA consumers. This is sickening.
I saw a /kloiadka commercial on a YouTube video indicating an American family run business that had a large distributor cancel an order and the family was asking that we help with the excess product at awesome prices. The product was a good looking date and walnut type brownie looking item. Being the all American I thought: those look great, healthy, and we're helping support American products. When I went to PayPal prior to check out I literally saw Chinese type letters that popped up and were gone. I thought that was strange so I looked at reviews and see it is a scam site. I've been scammed before with flowers that turned out to be crap and from overseas. I luckily did not proceed with check out. Buyer Beware.
It's a scam. The ad is misleading and dishonest. They said there's like 300 or 350 pieces in each batch and showed a huge bag or box of the quantity you would get and I received two small envelopes with about 6 tiny fig tarts of about 2 inches each. In total there were about 10 or 12 pieces in the two packaged I ordered, or two batches When I saw the box I thought they had sent me a sample. You have no idea how upset and cheated I felt. They are not even produced in California. They were shipped from China. I didn't open the packages because I want to return them. I emailed them and waiting for a reply. Do not buy anything from this site. They are scammers and very dishonest. I hope I get a refund if not I will be calling my credit card provider and see if I can get a refund from them.
I ordered their fig bars, on the YOUTUBE advertisement they showed a nice sized box of their fig bars and what I received today 9/23/2026 a small box with 2 small pouches with 4 very small fig bars in each pouch, I paid $58 for this and was offered a refund of $35. and no return of product, seems like the same scam as the glasses they advertise, they make it impossible to change the amount of the refund and try and get a just compensation for the amount that you spent. REALLY DISAPPOINTED, I'm kinda scared to eat these things, I wonder if the FDA would investigate these people for quality of edible products. Eddie G Middleburg, Florida
Friends, you may have seen those video ads on Facebook and YouTube from a company called Kloiadka, offering huge bags of big Fig-Walnut-Black Sesame Seed treats from a "California family farm" for $42. I ordered a bag, then hours later my intuition urged me to cancel the order and I got an immediate refund from PayPal. Thank God, because for some reason Kloiadka shipped the order anyway, and what buyers get for their $42 is NOTHING like what's shown in their ads! I got a very small bag with a Chinese language label on it, containing just five, one-inch square "treats" that were hard as a rock! THAT'S ALL. Honestly, I didn't even want to consume them. At $42, those five little treats cost $8.40 EACH. "Rip-Off" doesn't even begin to describe this!
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid $42 for a box of California Fig, Walnut & Sesame Superfood Bites, and what I received was only five very small pieces. The product shown in the advertising/order listing gave me the impression that I was purchasing a substantially larger quantity of product. For the price I paid, receiving five tiny pieces was completely unexpected and, in my opinion, not reasonably represented by the advertisement. I would not have purchased this product had I understood the actual size and quantity I would receive. $42 for five very small pieces is an unreasonable value. I am posting this review so other customers can see exactly what the product looks like when it arrives. Buyer beware — carefully check the actual quantity and size before ordering.
This delivery is a JOKE compared to what was represented on the tv ad showing a larger per piece and also larger quantity of a healthy fig bar. I feel this is a sham and would look to have this returned or trashed!
this company is total fraud. do not order fig and walnut pies.i lost my $62. The quantity they show on YouTube is very different than what they send. I ordered four boxes and I received 4 pieces of one inch each piece in one box. very old and very bad taste. you even can not eat them.
I just wanted to share something that happened to me 7 years ago that I saw a similar thing happened to a man here. I bought a water jet powered boogy Board I thought from USA but came from China. they sent blow up airbags a child would use in a pool. I used Paypal to pay so I had help getting refund but because Something arrived Paypal wouldn't give refund! I have Never used those Basdards ever again!!!
The quantity received for the price is outrageous! They look nothing like the advertisement. $53 for 10 tiny pieces that are all smashed together and look inedible. What a scam! Don't Buy!
This is a scam glasses arrived cheap looking doesn’t match what was demonstrated on tube different shape glasses and completely different glass chase also no information with order Do Not Buy Scam
This is real FRAUD Chinese based Company! They are bombarding YouTube these days with Fruit Nuts bars. I bouhgt for $61, but charged $92 from Credit card and received 4 bags 100 g each!!! Outlook returned my email as undeliverable! Don't by ANYTHIND from them! I don't know how to get Google stop this advertizing! Is it Good guys deal?
I just received my delivery from KLOIADKA. I’m disgusted I have 100grams of a fig, walnut & sesame bites that I paid over $60 for I watched the add on utube. The add did not say or show just 100 grams of product. By the look of it I will not eat it I would like to leave a picture of what I received for my money
Kloidka is a company where GRIFT is the product. They sell many products on Youtube, if you see the Kloida name, run as fast as you can. They advertise American made products, most if not all of them, if you receive them at all, are inferior products from CHINA. If you do recieve them, and apply for a refund, you are not likely to get it. After ordering my product on 09/11, I noticed I never got an email confirming. I thought it odd, reached out, no reply so within 24hrs I emailed and canceled the order. They send some bullshit form email. I have written 4 times now, they just try to wear you out, until you give up. Aweful company, they are not legit.
This is very misleading. I purchased a box of fig bars for almose 50 dollars and got 5 very small bars. I tried contacting the company with no response. I tried requesting a refund with no response. Youtube is still advertising this company and product. Please be aware!!! DO NOT BUY
Ordered Titanium Frameless Photochromic Blue Light Filter Presbyopic Glasses and there are no better than the ones you buy 3 x $20 at Costco. Website is impossible to access once you order, https certificates are nonexistent or security issues with the site. They use DGA websites "Domain Generation Algorithms (DGA) are programs used by malware to automatically create a large, shifting list of domain names to connect with Command and Control (C2) servers." as my firewall blocks their "new website store name" they provided. Stay away from vendor.
