Hi Gwen, Thanks for sharing this with us! We’re so happy to hear KoalaCloth is helping you get your cooktop and shower glass looking clean and streak-free with just water. We really appreciate your kind words and support! Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Hi Deana, What a lovely review! We're so happy to hear KoalaCloth has been working so well for your windows, shower and bottle cleaner. It means a lot that you've recommended us to your granddaughter too. Thanks again for your support, we really appreciate it! Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Hi there, We're delighted to hear you're happy with the results and that KoalaCloth lived up to your expectations. Yes, stubborn stains that have built up over time may need a little extra help with a gentle cleaner, but once they're removed, regular cleaning with your KoalaCloth is usually all that's needed to keep surfaces looking their best. Warm regards, KoalaCloth

Hi Bridget, We’re glad to hear KoalaCloth has been working well throughout your kitchen and bathroom and we hope you enjoy trying it on your glass and windows too. Great to hear you’re also loving the grout brush, we really appreciate your support! Warm regards, KoalaCloth

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we're sorry to hear the cloths didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that results can vary depending on the surface, the level of dirt or buildup and how the cloths are used. For surfaces with long-standing buildup, a gentle cleaner may sometimes be needed, as the cloths are not designed to remove heavy, built-up residue on their own. Additionally, whether return postage costs apply is determined in accordance with our returns policy. That said, we'd love the opportunity to review your case in more detail. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and our Head of Customer Relations, Mark, will personally review your case to see how we can best assist and help resolve this for you. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Hi Gayle, It's so nice to hear you've been so impressed with the results across a range of surfaces and that you've even found a creative way to clean those high shower panels. Thanks again for your support and for sharing your experience with us. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Hi Debbie, We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the cloths and that they've made cleaning easier for you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Hi Margaret, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear the cloths have become part of your cleaning routine and are helping make everyday cleaning that much easier. We really appreciate your support. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
