Hi Tracy, Thank you for giving KoalaCloth a chance! We're so pleased to hear it exceeded your expectations and left your windows, shower screens and car looking streak-free. We really appreciate your lovely feedback. Warm regards, KoalaCloth

Hi Joan, We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. That certainly shouldn't have happened and we understand how disappointing this must be. Our team replies to every email, though it's possible our response may have landed in your spam or junk folder. We'd love the opportunity to make this right, but we haven't been able to locate your order using your current details. Could you please email [email protected]? Our Head of Customer Relations, Mark, will personally review your case and help resolve it as quickly as possible. We look forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, KoalaCloth

Hi Nikole, We're so glad you're loving your KoalaCloths! It's fantastic to hear they've impressed not only you but your friends as well and that the brush has been such a great addition. Thanks so much for your recommendation and support. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
