I want to rate it -10. That's it. My 1 year experience become dropship with this Kumoten is I not recommend it for student and each of every one. Worst dropshipper website. Just.. Dont ever sign up for it. Delivery take a month that makes customer really angry at us. My shop receive bad reputation. Tell me how to overcome this. I couldnt find on how to deactivated and close the account. If u know, please tell me. I'm in desperate. All the money left cannot withdraw and lost in the blink of eye.

Very bad dropship supplier. Never used this dropship supplier. It will give your online shop a bad name and give you headache. Buyer will complain slow delivery. It take 1 month to deliver your product. Stay away from this dropship supplier.

I recommend everyone to stay away from…

I recommend everyone to stay away from this dropship supplier. Their interface may be great and the products look cheap at first sight, but they significantly hike up their shipping cost to make up for the cheap product price. RM 17 to deliver a 10x10x10 item??? Other than that, their customer support is EXTREMELY USELESS. Item was out of stock, contacted them about it, had to wait 15 MINUTES for a response that didn't even provide any solution. Absolutely ridiculous supplier. If you want to dropship, better off look for AliExpress supplier than this scam supplier.

Not Recommended to waste your time

This is my experience with Kumoten. their items mostly ships from hong kong and only some in Malaysia.. so, the deliveries is kinda slow compared to other which can complete it within few days. below the problems i faced when using kumoten 1) Dated items and Small selection of items in stock. whatever u want, they dont have it. 2) Delivery times takes too long 3) PRICE - their price is just not acceptable.. the "cost price" is already higher than selling price LOL how u make sales? 4) withdrawal of money and deactivating the account is not available (or i couldnt find it). dont believe me? try searching in google on how to deactivate kumoten account or make a withdrawal, i almost cry searching for it.. it is just not there 5) promises - they promise more stocks and much more affordable price.. well, i heard that Loooooooooong ago so, do urself a favor, dont waste time. they will tell u with the right strategy, u can make sale. Riiiiight. Lazada and shopee is saturated with their items, u will see the same items over and over again with the same insane price, even if you lower the price, u will always find some other seller selling at price lower than the cost price from kumoten.
