I emailed support kumoten.com last year…

I emailed support kumoten last year to cancel my subscription, but I did not receive any response. I also followed up several times and clearly informed them not to charge me anymore. However, on 24 August 2026, my Visa card was charged RM69.90 again. I am very disappointed with this service. Please cancel my subscription immediately, refund the RM69.90, and ensure that no further charges are made to my card. my email address : sharonlee7578 gmail.com. This feels like a scam — I had already requested cancellation, yet I was charged again.

I am dropshipper account: casastella520 1. Deposit RM200 Ref #96532570 – paid 22 July 2026, still Processing for days, not credited. 2. Deposit RM100 Ref #123560 – paid 23 July 2026, also Processing, not credited. Order #LP4PK RM72.00 stuck on Awaiting Delivery; Shopee will cancel it soon & penalize my store. All listed contacts do NOT work: phone 03-80661391 no service, FB inactive over 1 year, helpdesk links broken, emails unanswered for days. Please process both deposits NOW, OR release order first, OR refund both immediately. Thank you.

1 star only because I can't give anything less than that.There is no where to cancel the sub and eventhough I sent an email to request to cancel in August 2025, I still get charged in Feb 2026. Until now there is still no reply from support so i don't know if they take their support email seriously.

*Disappointed with Poor Customer Service* I recently had a very frustrating experience with Kumoten’s customer service. I sent two emails over the past few days regarding an issue, but I never received any reply**. It’s extremely disappointing when a company ignores its customers. Additionally, there’s **no contact number** available—only email support, which seems ineffective if they don’t respond. Without proper communication channels, resolving issues becomes nearly impossible. Until Kumoten improves its customer service and provides reliable contact options, I cannot recommend them.

Not worth your time become kumoten dropship

Anyone who wanna become kumoten dropship, think again before you do it. Me right now having very bad experienced and difficulty with this company. My early dropship in this company, the customer service used to be fast when replied to my problems and the integrated to other platform ok. However, their refund when customer returns or cancel order take more than 1 month for me to received the refund. Although I already reach their customer service but still need to wait very long time. Me also facing this problem, When I got an order example from shopee, sometime kumoten delay or not arranged shipment and end up cancel my customer order. The worst part I been experienced is their customer service clearly make mistake and do not want to take responsibility duo to the wrong direction he or she giving. In the end, seller need to bear the loss. In 2025 now, their customer service seem to become very bad. When I having difficulty, their customer service now respond very slow. There were time where I need to wait more than 3 days or more in order for kumoten's customer service to respond. This result my orders got cancelled. Although, he respond and help me to solved my problem regarding to my tiktok order not detect in kumoten system, this problem keep happening. I do not no why kumoten's tech cannot even solve this problem. I have many tiktok order and end up cancelled by tiktok because kumoten's not arranged my order because of this problem. Customer service kumoten told me to order manually and he also give free shipping. I follow what he instructed, order manual, provide awb and etc, but because he not available often in customer chat to pass to the staff that responsible to drop off my parcel, end up I facing this major problems. I even told him that I gonna order manually when tiktok order come in but he do not pass my next awb order to the responsible staff. This results 9 of my tiktok order supposed to be drop off at jnt hub but end up shipped using dhl. I did asked tiktok's customer service for help but they cannot help me because the parcel need to be drop off. I had no other choice but to request my customer, to cancel order and order manually through transfer to my bank account. After all of this bad experienced, what I can say, become kumoten dropship not worth. The profit I got not much and kumoten's service very bad.

I started for free in 2020 but can't…

I started for free in 2020 but can't sell anything and didn't make any money because of the poor and bad system with limited products. So, I stopped and left. After a few years, I logged in again now and was yet being asked to pay a membership fee first to use the platform, but they said no need to pay any fee on their website. After reading some reviews, I found out and believe they are a scammer now. Better stop using and run away fast.

Scam Website

Oh my god. This website does not function well. No way to contact support. All buttons do not work. I only just foolishly paid for the RM69.90 for 6 months. From the other bad review below, looks like they charge an arm and a leg for shipping. Stay far, far away from this one guys

Felt cheated by this Kumoten.

1) The available products in the system is not latest and outdated trend. (Dropshipper cannot making positive income). 2) Contact Us or Customer Support link cannot be use at all. So they will auto charge your account for subsription plan. I want to stop the subscription but till now cannot do so as “contact us” link is blank page. No contact number at all, almost same like scammer tactics. 3) Up to know they try to charge me for auto renewal since I stilll not manage to contact the Kumoten. Not even email can be use. So bad and will report this website to MCMC soon.

Scam website with no one running it

After paying RM69.90, many functions did not work. Eg. dropdown menu for your state under Profile does not work, no verifying code sent to your sms despite a message saying it sent. The worst part was the supposedly integrated item listing did not happen despite having integrated to shopee and tik tok. The chat help function did not work, the last time it was present there was May 2024. What did work was they were very efficient about getting you to sign up and pay them on a recurrent basis for 1 year. I had to email them, instagram message them, message them on FB and yet no replies. I get the impression this is a dying website and no one is manning it. I asked for a refund in my email since the features are not working. As expected, no response from them. Avoid this scam website. Their app is non existent on Apple App store and there isn't a trial period. The moment you want to check the products, you are forced to sign up and pay. There are few items and the difference in price between dropship price and recommended price to customers is so small that dropshippers will either earn a very thin margin or make a loss after deducting all the ecommerce platform fees. This site is practically dead despite festival wishes on their facebook and instagram.

I started 3-4 years ago as prime acc and stop when they started to charge dropshipper member fee. Recently i reactivate my acc but getting worse the platform. forced to sign up the instant acc... really sucks limited product wasting my money. No wonder many are leaving them.
