Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the overall process simple and the quality really good. However, we truly understand your disappointment regarding the boxy look of the jacket. You're absolutely right that a tapering effect toward the waist is important to achieve that fitted look. We apologize that the cutting didn't fully meet your expectations in this regard. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback — it helps us grow and improve. If you have any further details you'd like to share, such as your ideal fit or a reference style, please feel free to let us know. We truly value your experience and look forward to providing you with a more perfect product in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the dress did not meet your expectations in terms of fit and length. Please note that sizing can vary between different brands and product categories. We always recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order, as it helps ensure you select the most suitable size for your body type. Also, what you ordered is XL, not 2XL. Regarding the delivery time, we have looked into your order details. Based on our records, the parcel was delivered within our standard processing and shipping timeframe, not exceeding one month as you mentioned. However, we understand that shipping delays can feel frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. If you are unsatisfied with the product or have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out to our online customer service or email us directly at [email protected]. We truly value every customer and are committed to addressing and resolving each issue with care. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.
